Called to see if they do pedicures and walk-ins. Person told me "Yes, we take walk-in." So I said okay coming now. So four of us go there and there's only two technicians doing two customer nails. There's four pedicure chairs open but no technician. I told her you said I can come down because there's walk-ins and she says oh yeah I said you can do walk-ins but we're busy right now. Never will I ever use their services. Her time is valuable but so is mine. You just lost a family of future clients. If I could, I would rate it lower than one star. read more

I had a great experience having my gel manicure here today. I normally go to a different salon but that salon was so crowded and had me wait ( I was a walk in) too long so I decided to try a new salon. I called and was told I could be seen right away. As soon as I arrived, I was ushered in and immediately received the service. She removed my old gel and manicured my nails. I chose French tip gel since my nails were short and uneven. Dirty!!!! Pedicure scrub only my feet less then 2 mins wiped. Used one hot towel for 2 legs. No massage on my legs or feet. Lady rubbed my legs up and down and that was it. Fast rant. Very upset. Went in for an eyebrow wax and I didn't even know it was to wax a little and tweeze everything else. Like OMG. On top of that it was soooooooo crooked. Sadly it was way to long of a sit and well wait till you see the pics exactly what I was trying to avoid uuugh so upsetting! I went to dinner afterwards and my nails 2 hours later never dried and were smearing like it melted weird but true. So embarrassing. I'm done it's so late but I had to post this! So I went back the next day repolish my smudged nails but she wouldn't do my toes which is why I went back there for. She started to argue with me and I just cut her to the chase so fast. I said "Are you going to do my toes yes or no?!!! She said "No"! So out the door I went. You should of heard her beg me to come back but she had already made feel like I was trying to get something for nothing so I kept walking out the door. Did my own nails. Did I mention she snipped my finger that really hurt and was speaking in her foreign language. I will never go here again. We went on Mother's Day, hubby decided to treat me to a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was unlike any I ever had before, no massage at all, no rubbing of shins, nothing. I got my feet soaked, toes tended to and painted and done... and they are expensive.... for the same price I could go elsewhere and had a "spa" package pedicure. The manicure I asked for a light glitter and the nail tech chose a silver glitter with black undertones so my fingernails looked black with sparkle and I told her to just remove it and paid and left. I won't go back, no matter how convenient a location it is for me. Sad because the women are nice people and moms like me but I just feel like when you're paying for a service, it should be done well and that was not what I experienced. read more

I needed to get my nails done fast and in the area was at so helped this place and crossed my fingers. Well, what a gem! Very satisfied with the outcomes!!! I was really hoping to get my nails done here but they didn't have any Swarovski Crystals which is super weird. Also I'm not sure I could make out most of the conversation over the phone rather. However I'm sure it appears to be a decent nails place. I just can't get over not having Swarovski, but maybe they don't get a lot of clients requesting them as they really add a gorgeous sparkle to the nails. I would consider in atleast have "Some" on hand. They even offer buisness owners a big discount! Finally found somewhere close to home that gives a great pedicure! I have been searching for a place closer to home that provides an excellent pedicure experience. My loyalties used to lie in a place 20min away. I walked in and was greeted right away. My nail tech, Won was awesome. My main reason for getting pedicures is the accompanied leg massage. Awful. A simple manicure was not so simple. Cut my cuticle. Utensils used were not in their own sterilized bags. They just reuse everything. It's definitely a dirty place for only being 2 years old. Messed up 3 nails. The paint is so sloppy. I pulled out my card to pay before she started painting bc they didn't offer to prepay before painting but didn't run my card until the middle of painting. Ok, I absolutely had to review this place. Literally tucked away in the back of Koko Marina, so I never really thought to try. But today, my usual pedi lady was booked, so I was like ehhhh, why not?! I called. They told me to come at 12:15. I didn't get taken until 12:45, which of course was annoying, but there were only three ladies working & they do their work well. Now, for the 'deluxe' or Nu Skin, as they call it, pedicure... Ohhhh my gosh. AMAZING! So they have like a clay mask, which is ACTUALLY clay. This mint scrub, this gel & then lotion. Can I just tell you all how amazing my legs & feet feel? I got massaged for all four parts! I had Won (excuse my spelling) & she was BEYOND amazing. If I didn't have my daughter in my lap... I would've been knocked out! The massage chairs were so good too. Even your butt gets a massage! I could recline so far back they my daughter was able to take a nap. $47.12 for this pedicure, which is more than most places. But it really was so worth it... Won is my new go to lady!!!! read more

Do not even waste your time going here. I usually do my own nails but I was 9 months pregnant and couldn't reach my feet . I went here and from when I started getting my pedicure I knew the lady would send me out of there unhappy. She had to have been partially blind because she didn't even file and shape my nails linger then 5 seconds. I even pointed it out to her and she ignored it. She painted it like a 10 year old as well. I recently started a new job in Hawai'i Kai, so I had to find a new place to get my nails done regularly. I really loved the place I went to for several years in Kalihi, so I was nervous about finding a new salon. After getting price quotes from several places in the shopping center, I decided to come to Brianna Nail. The lady who answered the phone yesterday set my appointment for today at the time I wanted. Just as she predicted when I asked how long it would take for the service I wanted, I was finished within an hour with a beautiful set of nails. I came in on Friday after getting my cast off. I had been wearing a cast for a while and was in desperate need of a pedicure. Even though my right foot looked completely gross (calluses and peeling skin), they were able to do an amazing job! Really appreciated the hard work they put in. I came back today because my left thumb nail had ripped my french tip gel off. I didn't want to have one nail missing, so I took them all off and got a completely new look. I picked a color that I would normally never do, but looking at them now it was a great choice. I definitely will be coming back to this salon. It's close to where I live. I've gone all over the island to various nail salons. I have generally been displeased and unhappy with the quality of gel manicures. This is the first place that really takes their time to do a gel manicure right! My nails look flawless. I came here three weeks ago and was very pleased and surprised at how happy I was. Then I went somewhere else in Waipahu last week and it cost me $10 less than what it cost me here, but you get what you pay for and my nails looked horrible and chipped incredibly easily. I will only come here from now on and I live all the way in Kapolei! read more

So rude. I asked the nail technician to make the layer of gel polish thin, which doesn't seem like an unusual request. She barely applied any polish and looked really annoyed that I even asked for anything. When I asked for one more coat because you couldn't even see the color, she snapped at me and said it was my fault that I asked her to not make the polish thick. It took an extra 30 seconds of her time to add the layer as she angrily finished the job. Her massage was 10 seconds long and rough. So uncomfortable. Make sure, if you do go here, you don't make any request because it will be taken as an insult. So unprofessional. She also made my cuticle bleed and continued applying alcohol making it sting without any apology. Never coming here again. Go to Elegant Nails instead. read more

I had a gift certificate for a mani/pedi so I tried it out and was very impressed with the service. The foot and calf massage was so much better than the 2 other places I've been to (not much of a massage at all). I was surprised that I got a hand and forearm massage too! They were very careful while trimming cuticles. Not to mention they did a terrific job on my nails, too! :) My mother-in-law has switched salons to Brianna Nails as well. I wanted to love this place because it's close by but my skin was painted and they left it on there. My nails were also cut crookedly and I still don't know why she did that. The service itself was really good, very long massage and scrubbing. I wish they had a better polish selection - it's really sparse. The massage chairs make up for the bad paint job. The worker was really friendly so I gave them 4 stars. For $28 it's kind of expensive for the mistakes they made.
