UPDATED REVIEW. Very poor service and quality. Robert over saturated the application solution and has permanently stained the head liner in a brand new vehicle. Further phone calls and texts have been ignored and not responded to. (Robert, instead of trying to mark my review as bogus try returning the phone calls and text messages and correct the issue at hand.) my vehicle had less than 1000 miles on it, explain how this is stains from normal use and liner only stained after the installation!! Had to pay another company to remove and replace his poor work. Door window tint was creased and had dirt, bubbles and split edges. Not sure how you mess up computer cut tint unless you don't know how to fix install correctly. Final edges were knife trimmed and left flappy edges that were ridden with dirt. Unfortunately had to wait 3 days of not rolling down the windows to find out the workmanship was so bad. Roberts follow up to my review is equally as bogus as his accusations just because I made the reservation in my company name does not mean to say that the name of my yelp account has to match. We had a terrible experience with Robert. My wife had a small crack in her windshield and Robert was available the next day. He had good reviews so we hired him. He installed a factory refurbished windshield without our knowledge which (according to Honda) was the incorrect windshield. He worked on this job all day long and he could not calibrate the windshield no matter how hard he tried. Robert told us that he couldn't calibrate because we had a defective air bag. We took the car to Honda the next day and were told by Honda that there was no problem with the airbag but that he had installed the wrong windshield. We contacted Robert and told him what Honda said. He replied that "they always say that". We said that his work was totally unacceptable and we asked for a partial refund which he agreed to give us. He went to the dealership for the quarter window and frame and replaced it, ALL same day! My experience with Robert was 3 hours total from beginning to end. I called this business on a Friday afternoon since a golf ball shattered my windshield. The gentleman on the phone was nice and said he could come out to my location that day. I was not able to have him come out on Friday, but asked if he had anything on Saturday, which they did. They were punctual, had great communication, and had no problem coming to my location. They even cleaned up all the broken glass off my dash and driver's seat, and put all my adhesive items back up on the inside of the windshield. Just make sure your vehicle is on level ground so they can recalibrate the windshield properly. Have used them twice now. On my S550 had a crack from a rock while it was parked at the oakland airport. Robert took his time and did a perfect job! The 2nd time, our company Explorer got broken into by the back door mini-window. When he looked it up, he rather loudly exclaimed, thinking this was a mistake, the price of the part was so high. But since the smash and grabs in the Bay Area are so frequent, there was probably a scarcity of these in stock. I did verify this was the case and we went ahead. Turns out this Small window part includes the entire rear window trim surround. That was part of the high cost. All was well. I was driving on the highway on a Saturday afternoon when a junk truck launched a rock at the windshield of my new Tesla Model S after only 1 week of ownership. The impact left a decent chip, so I knew I needed it repaired before the crack could spread. I called Auto Renu Auto Glass and was connected to Robert immediately. He offered to show up at my house in the evening but I had already committed to other plans, so we made an appointment for the following morning. Robert arrived promptly the next day in a very professional van, with proper equipment, and did a good job repairing the chip. The process only took about 15-20 minutes. He scraped out loose glass, applied resin, cured it with a black light and buffed it out. He got the windshield to look as good as it possibly could. Most importantly, the repair was done so the chip wouldn't spread. Overall, I was happy with the service and price. I even had Robert come back to replace my Kia Sorento's windshield.
