Right from the time my towing was scheduled, an associate promptly called to inform the timing of the pick up and later when the towing driver Lucky Singh showed up, he handled the car so well and got it dropped off at the service center ahead of time. Unfortunately, I did not have that same experience with Mike. My credit card was used without my permission, and I had to contact the police and get a detective involved. On top of that, he also sold me a car, which turned out to be an even worse experience. He told me the car only needed a hose and said I could not test drive it because of that. The situation became so concerning with Mike always promising to take care of several issues. Of course these issues were just met with broken promises. It was one of my worst experiences.
