Many calls to Vic and stating our problem not keeping her room cool today he says it needs to be replaced. We will not recommend Solutions Heating & Air that installed the Damper Zone for us not will be recommend VIC MELVIN. Disappointing to see that they do not stand behind the work they do.

A technician visited on 02/07/2023 and did everything except he was "unable to run heat mode at this time." It was noted on the invoice the technician "Will need to stop back by to verify refrigerant levels and initiate defrost mode" they never did! Honestly I forget all about until I received a call from MACK, I wanted to check my records so I let it go to voice mail. A week later (03/29/2024) Mack called again asking if I wanted to renew the yearly service agreement and when I pointed out that they never returned to complete the previous service call all she said was "That's on us". She made no mention of sending a tech out, only asking if I wanted to renew the yearly service agreement. She repeated "That's on us" several times but never tried to resolve the issue. Invoice Number 13140-1 Edited to reply to response ... Yes you did call and leave voice mail messages. They were to see if I wanted to renew the yearly service agreement. No one ever called to schedule the return visit to "verify refrigerant levels and initiate defrost mode" ... and you still haven't completed the service for which I already paid you to do! This past Wednesday the leak test was done. Freon has leaked into the pan. I was told the coil would be ordered and they would call with a time to replace. I called this morning to follow up on repair and was advised the local Lennox dealer has a shortage. The owner said he was working on it and would call me around lunch time. I called on a Thursday to schedule routine maintenance on our units. By Friday night our downstairs unit decided to go crazy! I was able to text to se if I could be seen sooner and they came out then next day. Ryan drew a diagram to explain the unit, service in attic and how it works. From there he explained what he suspects is my issue and the plan. He was able to "bandaid" my issue and will be back this week to do an official leak test. I feel confident in this company and like they value customer satisfaction. I was not charged for my visit today and the refill on Freon til they come back. I was so thankful they made the time to fit me Into their schedule on short notice. I highly recommend this company. I will update my review once all diagnostics and work is complett

Mike came out and looked at my unit. We checked to see exactly how old the thing was. It was a a lot of Kareem Arun, but it had been registered at the time it was installed. It was eight years into a 10 year warranty and I told him to fix it. It was the air compressor and the refrigerator coil. Mike said if that was what he wanted him to do what he would do so he was unable at first to obtain a replacement for the air compressor. They wanted him to go to the place that he purchased the unit in the first place and they didn't have one for him to put in. I lived in South Carolina most of my life, but I have not air conditioner in a very long time, I very quickly became extremely unhappy with the fact that I did not have air-conditioning. Mike went out and bought a small unit they put it in while he was still hunting for the replacement parts. It cooled my bedroom down enough so I could sleep in the cats could sleep. My unit has now been fixed had ended up having to factory itself told them that I couldn't find the and that nobody in town meant to one told her her my serial number gave her Mike's name and contact . She actually called Mike when I called him after I got off the phone with her I called Mike to tell her what she said that this is what he needed to do, and while he was talking to me, he got a message from her. He and two of his young man came over. They took out the piece that he had already part four and they started putting that one in while he went to pick up the one that was getting shipped in by now. Have a cool house again like I said been a long time since I've been without air-conditioning I would give Mike a five star review the things that went wrong during that repair not his fault. Mike comes over and checks my unit out twice a year to be sure that everything is working it should be. I cannot think of anything that he could do that would improve his record or his work ethic he has always gone above and beyond. He actually serviced my parents prior to me needing an air-conditioning put in because of the time I hadn't this on I Mike five star review and recommend him to anyone without any hesitation at all.
