Luke is a great instructor who explains how exercise are done safely and gives feedback during the trainings.

I'm a big fan of Club Studio and have been going for years now. Here's why I love it:…read more* The Gym is well lit, has all the equipment you'd need, and is never too crowded (or empty) to help us stay motivated to work out. * The Studios have great marked spots for each person, with instructors who bring the energy and fun to their classes. Plus, I appreciate that every class starts on time. I personally can't get enough of the Hot Yoga with Sandi! * The amenities are plentiful with towels, hairdryers, lockers and plenty of spaces throughout with everything we need. * The service is great. The Club Manager, Ricky, excels at taking care of the members. * And, there's plenty of free parking so you're never stressed looking for a place for your car or bike. This is a fantastic facility. Check it out!

I'm a very happy customer here now for almost a year. My only complaints about Club Studio are…read morewhen they build gyms without a pool or jacuzzi (such as this one in Long Beach) and they don't have any designations for beginner or advanced levels in their classes. It would be really helpful if you weren't confronted as a yoga newbie with instructors trying to get you to do hand stands or the very challenging moves and weight lifts in the Pilates x Strength class. I think they need to give info to the members about difficulty ahead of time or section off some classes as beginner, etc. I belong to another Club Studio in a different city as well, so I'd have to say the staff at the front desk at this club can be a little unfriendly and inattentive compared to the other club. But I love most of the yoga teachers at this Club Studio, and I really think they made great choices in hiring Sandi, Kelly, Karen, and Jason. They all have great personalities and try to make the classes accessible for people with injuries or special problems . But if you're a senior with a lot of physical problems, this club is probably not for you. The emphasis is definitely on the youthful customer here, and I hope I can keep up with the classes for as long as I'm physically able before I have to go somewhere else less challenging.

I have been a member of this gym location for around 5 years (since it was Gold's Gym) and not only…read morehas nothing changed, it's gotten worse. Even under Gold's machines were constantly broken, weights were disorganized and all over the place, and locker room amenities were frequently out of order. What kept me at this gym was the location, as it's only 5 minutes away from my house. When EOS took over I was hopeful that this location would get much needed work done, but that really hasn't been the case. Instead, machines remain old, and poorly taken care of. Somehow, whenever I visit multiple machines are down, or missing parts, or have loose cables. If something gets fixed it doesn't remain fixed for long and this definitely impacts the average customer's workout. This location can get insanely crowded (often with large groups of middle/high schoolers) and the less equipment available, the longer you have to wait to get your workout done. It is frustrating having to search for working equipment, and what is working is in very poor condition. It's not that I haven't given this feedback to gym management before. They used to frequently reach out and ask about the experience. Despite constantly giving the same feedback and constantly being told "they're working on improving" nothing actually changes. Instead more machines than ever are out of order or damaged in some way (missing pieces, unreadable weight markings, etc.) It seems like they don't care because they actually don't. Since my membership was converted to EOS, I now have the opportunity to visit the other Fullerton location down Chapman. That location is also frequently crowded (and has similar crowds to the Malvern location,) yet somehow their equipment is far newer and in far better shape. In fact they're even open 24 hours so I would assume their equipment is used even more frequently. Newer gym or not, this location could also put the effort into making sure more of its equipment is in top shape, but they don't. Things go broken for days (or weeks) and they're never in a rush to correct it. Now to their credit they have added new things to the gym. The escape room (that no one uses because it's only available to their highest tier membership) and the cardio cinema they converted to a leg room full of brand new equipment (they recently added an unnecessary door to this room so I'm curious if they're gonna put that behind a paywall too.) These additions do little to improve your workout when all the core equipment is in such a sad state. I would not recommend EOS fitness in general, but I would certainly not recommend this location as your main gym. If you want a crowded, subpar experience with limited hours, this might work for you, but there are so many better options from cheaper gym chains. I come to this location less and less, and my most recent visit is probably gonna keep me away much longer. Until the management is changed up or someone decides to actually care about the experience, I don't think it's gonna get any better.

I went to my first class here through classpass. I took Pace & Press. It was a fun class and I…read morereally pushed myself past my comfort zone because I didn't know I could run AT ALL. The first half of the class was an interval training between walking, jogging, and running. And the second half of the class was strength training. I wish there was more guidance from the instructor for the second half but it was just following what was on the screen like 100 step ups, 90 plank shoulder taps, 80 something, 70 something, etc. It was kind of like F45 style but without the timer and stations. Since there wasnt too much guidance on that part, I felt like I pretty much paid for an interval training on the treadmill. I enjoyed the experience though and would be open to trying out a different class to give it a fair review of if I want to continue or not. I'm still giving it a solid 4 stars though because I pay attention to little details. This studio had HAIR TIES and TAMPONS and even face wash in their bathrooms for us girlies and it's not much but so thoughtful!! Also there are earplugs inside the studio room for those who think its too loud!!! I get headaches when its too loud so I felt so seen and understood by the studio. Also at the end of class, a staff walks around passing out COLD WET TOWELS so you can cool down. These are all little extras that really make a studio stand out so kudos to this place!!

The coaches are great here but THE COACH to go to is Dollar. Hands down. If this is your first time, go to his class first. He is phenomenal. His classes helped me shave off 45mins in the NY marathon. I went to his class 2-3X a week for 7 weeks bec as a working mom, that's all I had time for and boom. I wish I had started sooner bec I'm pretty sure I could have PR with more training. Thank you Stride Fitness!
