It was late and I found this truck next to where we were getting food so I decided to try it. There are several options but you can also make your own! Which is what I did. I wanted something simple so I got a regular bubble waffle with cookies and cream ice cream with whipped cream and condensed milk and lotus. I loved the waffle but I didn't like the ice cream, it wasn't the best quality.

So obviously you know the warm bubble waffle and toppings are going to be out-of-control awesome!!!! .... but the star of the show is their ice cream; handcrafted by the owners weekly! Their strawberry ice cream is the best I've ever had!!! Real pieces of fresh strawberries never frozen solid. Their flavor of the week was strawberry cheesecake; truly amazing!

I remember when I was a kid, on cold winter days I would buy a bubble waffle, kept it inside my coat pocket to warm myself and reached in to tear off a bubble to munch on now and then. While I was a little skeptical whether this gweilo (the Hong Kong equivalent of gringo) can make a good bubble waffle, one bite and he passed with flying colors! In fact, I'd say that, over the years I've tried a few places in Miami, and further afield in other parts of N America and even Europe, and Crazy Bubble makes them as authentic as can be! They are 1. crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside 2. the bubbles are hollow inside instead of fully filled up, making it fluffier 3. The texture is not like cake or pancake. There are quite a few creations to choose from, and they are all delicious. They use good ice cream and quality ingredients. AMAZING!!!! We tried it out today for the first time and absolutely loved it!!! Remember they make the waffle fresh so you wait a few minutes but the wait is so worth it! The almond ice cream was so velvety and buttery and tasted amazing on the airy waffle. Will definitely be back and bring the family next time! Thank you for a great dessert!!

Had a craving for ice cream on a Sunday after dinner so I opened my yelp app and started looking for places near the area. It was a food truck (lately they have been popping off everywhere). The lady ( I think it's the owner) asked me if I been there before, I told her it was my first time so she explained how the menu worked. She was very nice btw. My order took about 5 mins. And then in was on my way to enjoy my ice cream.The ice cream and fresh waffle combo was really good.

Really delicious and amazing service. This truck was conveniently located nearby in parking lot. The owner had a seating area set up, which was a great touch. The portion was huge and the options were great. We opted for the "Shugar Daddy". It was great! First time trying a bubble waffle and it was different, but in a good way. This food truck came up on my Yelp app when I was searching for ice cream. Decided to try it out as it looked good and why not to help local small businesses. To make sure the food truck was there I called the number and the owner picked up. Super nice and gave me the address. My kids shared a bubble waffle with cookies and cream ice cream, m&m's and condensed milk on top. They loved taking bites of the waffle or pulling off a bubble part. It was a hit with them. I shared a Sugar Daddy with my husband. I can't remember all the ingredients but it was delicious. We had to wait a few minutes as the waffles are made hot and ready for each order. But the smell of the waffles and sitting under the provided tent was a nice respite. The inside of the food truck was immaculately clean too. I'd go back again and highly recommend it.

I came to have dinner at Autentica Taqueria and this place was inside the restaurant. If the nice sweet lady (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) didn't come up to our table to ask us if we wanted dessert, I probably would've never tried this DELICIOUS treat! I tried the Papi Chulo. It was like breakfast for dessert. A nice fluffy yet crunchy bubble waffle, which I've never had before with yummy coconut ice cream and condensed milk, my favorite! I loved it !! Crazy Bubble had lots of options, including pre-designed combos. We got the Super Oreos for the kids and a double scoop La Negra for mommy and daddy to share. The absolute best bubble waffles! They are delicious! Crunchy on the outside and fluffy airy inside. The ice cream that they use is absolutely drool worthy (very creamy and not super sugary). The owner is very kind and makes the experience of ordering a dessert with them so easy! By far my favorite dessert in all of Miami. I love that they sometimes go to different places so all of Miami can try it. I can assure you that whenever you're craving a bubble waffle with ice cream and any toppings you want, you would be willing to drive to go get one! They are typically in Kendall but they post on their Instagram if they will be elsewhere for a day or a weekend. I drove from Kendall all the way to Florida City today just because I HAD to have one! They surprised me with a beautiful sparkler on my bubble waffle since I'm a regular and made the drive! They truly go out of their way to make you feel special and have a great experience. read more

currently devouring my bubble waffle with ice cream scoop so excuse any typos LOL. this little bubble waffle and ice cream truck is in front of the office depot and auto zone, directly across from staples and it's not hard to miss. the owners are very welcoming, kind and seem full of light! we got here shortly after they opened so we were the only customers in line. quickly assisted, nicely greeted and welcomed. they have a special ice cream flavor every week so i got their special. bubble waffle with one scoop and toppings. it was SOOO good. we ate it pretty quickly lol. i love that the ice cream did not melt fast, but it could be due to the weather being more cool compared to other days. we were able to get to the end of our waffle without being drenched in melted ice cream. i highly recommend paying a visit if you're in the area or are craving bubble waffles + ice cream!!! psa... i also really liked that they sell water bottles and canned sodas. perfect to pair with sweet stuff. read more
