I was having a gel polish change and was given the colours for approx 20 seconds before they were taken away and the manicurist asked me what colour I wanted. She didn't thank me at the end even when I thanked her, she even managed to thrust a card machine at me without saying anything to take payment. The paint itself looks watery and is streaked where the previous colour wasn't removed properly. Got to be the worst pedicure I've ever gotten in my life - they barely filed and buffed my nails, slapped the polish on and the whole "pedicure" took about 15 min max. First she makes me sit down and put my feet in cold water and walks away, when she came Back she found me trying to fix the water temperature. Then she kept hurting my toes, and twice I said "OUCH" and "THAT HURTS" to what she just replied I'm sorry but kept looking away and hurting me. She ended with SHAVING THE SKIN OFF of the edge OF MY RIGHT FOOT!!! I asked her to check on a callus I get sometimes on the edge of my feet because I walk and stand a lot because of work, I did have a small tinny callus on left foot but nothing on right one, but since she isn't paying full attention because she kept looking away and is distracted with her AirPod, she went ahead and pressed hard and filed/shaved my akin away and Made a whole on my foot and I immediately starting bleeding. Clearly she should NOT be working there. I asked the girl at lobby if i was going to be charged full price since this had happened to what she said I had to because manager had left, but honestly there should be somebody capable to take care of a situation like this and make sure customers are treated right, or fix a problem. $38 pedicure dollars later I end up injured, hurting while I wear my high heels and bleeding again, and with worst looking feet than what I started. All through the service I kept telling her she had missed spots when cutting the dead skin and painting, and she's like: "no it's ok", and kept rushing through the whole service. Then she was asked if I was having a pedicure (which I had booked in advance along with the mani) and without skipping a beat - or even asking me first - she said I didn't have one booked and also that she was leaving immediately because it was now 8pm and her shift was over. After telling her I had booked in advance for both services she told me someone would pick up where she left off eventually. I then spent the next 20 minutes waiting for someone to do my pedicure, while correcting the horrible job that was done on mi manicure. YES, you read that right, I had to intervene in the manicure I was just given because I could have done a better job myself for free. The rest of the appointment was OK, nothing worth reviewi about, but definitely will not be paying $73 plus tip for this type of service in the future, money down the drain! read more

I really don't understand how such an outstanding mall can have such a low level of nail salon. 1. Booking: Don't bother booking, they actually don't write it down. I was in a rush so I specifically asked for hands and feet at the same time, and I arrived on time. I had to wait 15 minutes. After that they started with feet, but no one could do my hands at same time so she rushed both and still made me leave late. 2. They use old nail polish On top of it, they use old nail polish that they make live longer by diluting acetone in it... I surprised the girl doing it in the middle of my pedicure, in a corner of the salon, and stopped her. I asked for another polish. 3. Pedicure that last 24h?!! Despite me catching the girl, the polish she used was probably already old and diluted... the morning after, i wake up and my 2nd toe has no polish... the whole thing chipped!!! (I didn't wear anything but flipflop went home and slept) Then few days later I wore boots, and my big toes got damaged!!!! Service was great but, I got my gel manicure exactly 7 days ago and already....4 of my nails are either chipped or peeling. The nail tech was friendly but, I don't think she was that experienced. Not only are the tools not clean, but the actual nail service was horrible. The pedicure should hardly qualify as a pedicure, and the technician managed to paint way outside of my actual nails, and didn't bother to fix it. As for my dip manicure, she skipped multiple common steps, and didn't adequately smooth out my nails (despite me politely asking). When I asked that she remove the excess hardened dip powder that was beneath the tips of my nails/sides of nails, she, I shit you not, said "there's nothing to fix". Do not waste your money, I promise YOU CAN do a better job with your non-dominant hand and with your eyes closed. read more

I want to make this my regular spot because there's one lady that I LOVE .... but management of these women is terrible. One of my experiences: My friend and I walk in at 7:30pm. They ask us what services we need and say that we're going to have to wait half an hour so. No problem. We give them our cell phone numbers and decide to walk around the mall since they've agreed to call us once the next nail tech is available. When we come back, after calling at the half an hour mark and waiting a full hour... they had forgotten there was "two" of us. No foul, as long as we're seen. One of the techs sets us up for our pedicure so we don't complain. After another half an a hour, the manager starts doing my friend's nails. Slightly odd but we don't think anything until he starts complaining because none of the nail techs want to stay & says "I'm sorry but you might not get your nails done." At this point I'm annoyed but I didn't want to ruin my friend's chance at getting her nails done. Sadly, he kept having to stop to check out the other customers So we just told him we would leave. Again, clean and good quality techs... just not consistent with good customer service. OH, the manager did say not to come again after 7pm. Apparently the nail techs can dictate if they want to see you or not. Not sure if I should be offended since one lady did walk in after us and was seen immediately.... Anyways, she did the quickest mani/pedi I've ever had, which was less than an hour. And no, this was no express mani/pedi. She really got in there AND she did a really good job. My mani has lasted 2 weeks now, which is not common for other salons in Miami. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because I was not offered any wine and other customers were offered wine. And their prices are on the higher end. But regardless, the nail salon is really cute, my tech was really sweet, it's convenient because it is right next to my house, and I was in and out in less than an hour, which is a huge deal for me. This nail salon has been my savior while I've been living in the area! Clean salon, friendly staff! It gets extremely busy so I definitely recommend calling ahead and making an appointment!! I always get a dip powder manicure, ask for Peter, he's the best! That being said I had a great experience with almost all of the other techs as well, you can't go wrong here! They are a bit more expensive than some other places in the area, only by a few dollars. But it's completely worth it because your nails always turn out amazing!
