I never write reviews but I wanted to share how wonderful our experience was for the baby shower we held at the Brickhouse, Dublin Room in March. Everything was flawlessly managed, from the delicious food and beverages to the overall atmosphere of the Dublin Room. Leslie the event coordinator and Adam the chef provided excellent communication, helpful suggestions, and thorough follow-through throughout the entire planning process. They made everything so easy for us. And we cannot forget our attentive bar tender Noah, thank you! The Dublin room is an excellent place events and we will definitely come back. I Love this place! This is our second time back. They have Happy Hour every day. We sat outside! It was a nice day! The inside really cool. Lots of things to look at. They even have a Photo Booth. Fun decor always feels unique and interesting. Bigger outside patio area or something with indoor booths and tables if you prefer that. Large windows inside provide wonderful indirect light ( perfect for my vision impaired spouse) . Multiple staff members working fluidly to keep food and beverages delivered quickly while food is hot out of the kitchen. I love a good Reuben and there was so much to complement them about on the sandwich, perfectly thick, marbled bread actually grilled not soggy like many places serve made it easier to hold the sandwich and a satisfying crunch to go with the warm inside really perfect. My husband's cheesy monster burger no, that's not the name but it should be was so impressive. He loved it a perfect combination of old favorites, juicy burger and crunchy grilled cheese on top and bottom very fun. Epic to look at and I can't forget the fries. Nice outside layer crunchy outside good inside could use a tiny bit more flavor not sure what I would add, but I know they will figure it out maybe just a little salt? The potato salad with my Reuben was amazing. I ate that first cause a decent potato salad is worth the attention, smaller water glasses than I would've guessed but totally usable with the full picture of water easily refilled when asked the live music on Thursday night was a delight acoustic sets and even a short band set with one of our favorite bands, Shakey Jake we have come to this bar for over 20 years and love it. This is the best menu they've had yet always go early to find parking but just now even if you have to walk a little bit it's worth it. There's parking behind the building across the street and around the block, of course you could just take an Uber too if you wanted, but we've never had to walk very far. read more

I had a delivery in Vancouver, and I saw on a vegan Facebook page a list of restaurants offering vegan wings. I love vegan wings! I saw Brickhouse Bar & Grill offers vegan wings with a house made ranch sauce. This ended up working out perfect! They are really close to I-5, which made it easy to drive back home. I loved the eclectic decor. I had brought my kindle to read, but I kept myself busy exploring all the fun nooks and crannies till my food arrived. I ordered 2 different flavors of wings, one was a dry rub and the other was a bourbon (?) I don't really remember, I asked the server for recommendations and went with it. She was super friendly! I ordered an iced tea, and didn't care for it at all. So I asked if I could swap it for a diet soda, and she totally understood saying they don't brew tea in house. Awesome setting with lots of music and fun! There are pool tables and a lot to do if you're bored just sitting at the bar or eating. The service was really fast and friendly, staff is kind and accommodating. The live music was awesome, one of the people performing got me to shake a maraca for the singer and my mom played tambourine, which made it a memorable experience. Great service. Our server was attentive, friendly, patient, and accommodating. The food was pretty good (happy hour food menu runs all day Friday), and the beer was cold. There were not too many people, so it was really chill and pretty quiet as far as a Friday night bar scene goes. Parking was pretty easy, no dedicated lot but there was lots of street parking around. Stopped in here to watch the Monday night game. I was really impressed with the cilantro lime wings, sriracha maple and Nashville dry rub. Great price $21 for 18 wings. These wings were huge. Also tried the rainier mountain lager. So good I need to take down 3 more on draft. Our waitress was awesome. Last time I stepped foot inside Brickhouse was well over 10 years ago. I only came back this time because my friend and her husband wanted to meet for food and drinks. It still has a weird and unpleasant smell since the last time I was here. The vibe of the bar is kind of all over the place. Service was not so great and could use some work. Everyone working seemed annoyed and was not friendly at all except for one female who brought us to go boxes at the end of the evening. Food was good though! We got there in time for happy hour. I had to kill some time in Vancouver and was hungry and looking for a place to grab a beer. I drove around and spotted this place and took a chance. I was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak that was very tasty and was more than I could finish. Came with some french fries that were really good too. We were out and about early and wanted a breakfast place that wasn't too fancy. Enter Brickhouse. The place has kitschy decor with funky art on the walls. There's a dj bar, though no one was spinning records at 10 am. The service took a little bit to get going, but we were there kind of right at open. The food was a surprise though. A good surprise. I had corn beef hash, and it was up there as one of my favorite corn beef hashes (and it's one of my go to orders). My husband had pork belly tacos, which were very generously stuffed wiring pork belly and not much else (in a good way - not filled with fillers). And when we were debating on beers (it was breakfast after all), our waitress tipped the scales by telling us: "hell yeah, order the beer". So fun. read more

Randomly found this place through google and I am so impressed with my choice. It is SUCH a cute spot with the coolest decor. Everyone who works there is so nice and the food and drinks were fantastic. I got some wings and they were absolutely delicious. If I was local, this would for sure be one of my hang outs. read more

Went to watch The Masters today and had a wonderful waitress by the name of Lyric. She was attentive, accommodating, and pleasant to be around. I have a pretty serious lactose allergy and she took the extra time to communicate every part of my meal to ensure I wouldn't leave feeling ill. Despite the fact that they weren't slammed, she didn't hover but took great care of us. Food and drinks were wonderful! read more

Went there for the first time today. Having the pool tables was nice but the rudeness of all the bar tenders was unacceptable . They are very hostile and rude to all customers about how the line goes. When you make an honest mistake and didn't notice which way the line goes they just raise their voice at you because they feel like they are in charge. When we told them that they can use a nicer tone they said this is what happens all day so all customers get the same rude attitude from us. We asked for the manager and she said she is the manager and laughed at us. At that moment I tried to record their faces since they were laughing at us and yelling at us , she said oh you don't need to video me!! Do yourself a favor and don't go there. If she is the manager I can tell that this place will close soon due to terrible customer service. If she is not the manager , I'm so sad for the actual manager and owner who allow her to pretend to be in charge. read more

Food and drinks were great. The biggest food issues were tiny and fixable, nobody eats cheese sticks with ranch. Also, a fried egg on a burger should be runny, not very well done. But in general, the food will never be their weak point. Great portions. They lose a star and half for abysmal service. The waitstaff is not overworked, not new, they just don't care what you want or when you want it. One young lady spent almost our entire visit standing in one spot flirting with the bartender. I had to chase our waitress down to get our check. The order was given in very direct terms that were just flushed down the toilet by the time the food arrived. One young man we saw exactly once is the best floor staff they have, wish I knew his name so I could name him. I would recommend a full review of the floor staff and how they approach their jobs. This was our second experience with poor service here and it will be our last. read more

We used to love the lounge space...great totchos, good pours, and an old school vibe. Our last visit was disappointing. The lounge was closed. The drinks were mediocre. The service lacked any warmth we'd felt in past visits. As for the food, we asked for our Buffalo wings to be crispy. They arrived with flabby skin and little sauce in sight. The fried mozzarella sticks were cold in the center. The pretzel was lukewarm warm with a similar temp sauce on the side. The redeeming save of the night was the weekend special: 6 smash burger sliders for $18. Simple and freaking amazing. Salty, gooey American cheesy, fatty goodness. If this becomes a regular menu item, I'd be there every week. read more

I went on a Sunday afternoon with a friend and my calm, well behaved dog. We went to sit on the patio and were met with the shrieks and crashes of a pack of young children running all over 3/4 of the patio. There were several nice seating spots in the sun that couldn't be utilized because the kids were throwing the giant connect four pieces everywhere and doing parkour off the corn hole games. The parents were sitting in the shade day drinking. The staff never asked the parents to mind their children. It was absolutely horrible. I ordered the chicken burrito bowl. It was disgusting. They claim to put "pulled chicken" on it. Their version of pulled chicken is chunks of nasty, boiled chicken. No seasoning on the chicken. Just weird chunks that taste like wet bird. And no I didn't complain. The bartender barely had time to take my order between talking to her friends and co workers. I love the way this place looks and the live music but the food and service need to step it up. read more
