We were just waiting to ask a question and see if the game we were looking for was there. Once he was done helping the couple in front of us, he apologized a million times and helped us, which was so nice and not totally necessary! We were fine just waiting for him to wrap up with them. He helped us find the game very easily and mentioned there was only the display game left, which wasn't a big deal to us. The only weird thing was that he did try to sell us on the insurance for the game but the game was honestly only $30 to begin with and the insurance was $15. It was kinda silly. We joked that it was for my husbands siblings and if they break it or anything, that's not our problem. I didn't even know they offered insurance in video games. Learn something new every day. It's a family-owned business by owners Albert and Mariz. They had a grand opening back in October 2021, and the store has been opened for nearly five years. Inside is bright, clean, and spacious! There's a beautiful House of Cars backdrop near the main entrance for a great photo op. The store is wonderfully organized into sections, and staff member Javier is so nice! He made time to show me the types of car models they carry and where to find them, I really appreciate it! From the main entrance, the left side of the store offers basic mainlines, which are the starters for collectors and features brands like Hot Wheels and Matchbox. The middle section has a larger selection for collectors, and offers a second level to collecting with harder-to-find models and a mix of brands like Mini GT, Hot Wheels Premium, CarTuned, and M2, with trucks and customizable model kits, letting you build exactly how you want. The middle aisle also have some highly desired mainlines of models that are harder to find, such as Johnny Lightning Cars, which is an older die cast brand. The display cases towards the right have custom modification parts to change up the car to your liking, including wheels, body kits, lowering kits, 3D printed parts, and you can add a wing or muffler! Also, the front right display cases are filled with truly hard pieces to come by like Hot Wheels, Hot Wheels Premium, M2, Jada, Mini GT, Johnny Lightning, and Red Line Clubs, which are collector car exclusive to online drops (exclusive online). If you look at the top shelf, you'll find the larger 1:24 and 1:18 scale models from Fast & Furious, Jada, and Mopar muscle cars and pickup trucks. Just a note, the 1:24 scale is smaller than 1:18 scale. I purchased a CarTuned car, a '71 Toyota Celica GT, it's so cute! It has a fun design with a very playful look. I like that it's spunky and compact, round and squishy with oversized wheels. Looking at it kind of reminds me of a bouncy car that's specially inspired by a Japanese "chibi" artwork, it's so kawaii! I also learned so much from the tour. They did a fantastic job renovating the space and making the atmosphere feel welcoming and inviting. There's even pop culture toys hidden all around. It's like a scavenger hunt to see what amazing things you can find, I spotted GI Joe, Deadpool, and Toy Story. Service from Javier, Donnie, and the owners Albert and Mariz is incredibly kind, accommodating, super helpful, and friendly!
