Was in the mood to try a different type of pizza . Came in to Bricks and it a very laid back college-style pizza place . Theres a good amount of options . The pizza are good to share between 2/3 people. We did 2 pies and a shareable salad. Toppings , sauce and dough were so tasty and fresh made . Parking is a a bit of a challenge to find but definitely give it a try

Went on a weekday during lunch, not too busy but by the time we left, a lot of people were coming. We were greeted and seated promptly. There is a bar area but a separate seating area and a high chair was available. Pizza was fully loaded, nice and thick with a good texture and flavor. The dip was delicious especially paired with the extra cheesy breadsticks. My only complaint was that the Dutch apple dessert was hot on the outside but super cold in the middle.

Man, I used to live this place, but it feels like that last few times we've ordered either for take out or eating in, the crust isn't done enough. The top is well browned but I think they use a conveyor instead of a brick oven and that impacts the bottom's crispness. If we get it for take out, I typically put it on a cast iron skillet to brown the bottom first. Flavor is good. Tots are amazing. I just wish the pizza held on

Visiting SLC in search of kid friendly food... and what kid doesn't like pizza, right? Parking is on the street, so if your not a local don't bother pulling into the parking lot as it is for carry out. Good vibes, fifa was on and the music selection was choice. Went with cracked tots and an old fashioned to start, both were solid. The parmesan shavings were a nice touch. The pizza was great while fresh, although we definitely had it loaded with too many toppings. We ended up taking some home as it was too much for the 3 of us to tackle after those tots. It was definitely not one to reheat in the microwave as it was just incredibly soggy and falling apart, but im sure thats partly our fault for the additional toppings. The thin crust had lost its appeal by that time. Maybe next time we will rock with the pan pizza.

Detroit style pizzas are officially the only pizzas I will eat moving forward! Bricks corner pizzas are amazing and the service was great too! The portions seemed small but after eating just a couple of slices, my belly was full! Parking lot is extremely small so you will have to find parking on the street and make the trek. Trust me, you'll want to burn those calories before getting back in your vehicle!

Food was a 20/10! The appetizer, pizza, and desserts completely blew our tastebuds away. The Sweet Salty Pig was the most delicious pizza we've had in a long time, and the banana cream pie gave my husband goosebumps (he's very picky with banana cream pies). Ambiance was a 6/10 mainly because we were seated at a dirty table. Service was unfortunately a 5/10 or lower. The waiter was nice, but he was more focused on his friends who were seated behind us. It took quite a long time to get our check at the end and waters weren't being refilled. Even though the service was so-so, we REALLY want to come back again. That food was soooooo good. We'll deal with subpar service and dirty tables for that pizza and dessert!

Artichoke dip + cheese bread Amazing

Best Pizza I've ever had in Utah period... The wedge salad was over the top... I wanted the Mud pie but they were out... Gives me another good reason to return! Service was excellent they will make it how you want & stuff on the side they are a creamery also. They do takeout &: catering what a restaurant 1st Class all the WAY a must try pizza house & more. Napoli with anchovies. Good tasting, nice crust. Chicken piccta I might have liked it better if the pizza was served hot. Cracked tots. These were good with a horseradish? Ranch? Very complimentary to the tots with fresh parm. Server did well for a busy night.

I was here once but I forgot leave a review. If you've never had Detroit pizza. You're gonna love it! It is a deep dish with carmelized cheese edges. The dough is light and airy. I loved it the last time I came and it sounded good again. Let's start off that today is Thursday night and it is packed in here. There's no parking, and there are only 3 regular spots and one handicapped spaces. The neighborhood must really hate this restaurant because the streets surrounding this restaurant are filled with cars. We ordered the Importance of Fried Cheese (mozzarella cheese). It was lightly coated and seasoned. However, we found that it needed a touch more salt. Then there's the sauce. The house marinara is to die for. The spices of onions garlic, oregano, and other spices blended well with the chunks of tomatoes turning this mixture into a heavenly dip. I ordered the Sausage King of Chicago with mushrooms. I love this crust! It is light and airy and maintains crunchy. It is so filling that I could only eat two pieces. More leftovers!!! My only complain is that they only put drops of that heavenly marinara sauce on each slice. Next time I will ask for them to put extra sauce on my pizza. My wife ordered a keto pepperoni and olive pizza. Her crust was made out of sausages. She loved it! We all had the pizzas we wanted and had yummy leftovers. Even though the parking sucks, I can't wait to go back!

I have never been a fan of pizza, but we came here on a whim and I'm so glad we did. I got the SLC and it was delicious. It was not greasy, the bread was so soft, but also on the edge of the cheese was crunchy and in some parts more gooey. The tomatoes weren't even overwhelming. I have been converted. The server Leland was so nice And made sure we got everything we needed and was super apologetic when my food came out a little bit later than everyone else's (it was really a matter of a minute or two) The location is a little bit weird to try to find parking, but the restaurant itself is really cool and everything was super clean. I highly recommend a visit here. Please note the pizza is a little bit pricey for what you would normally expect but it is such good quality that I highly recommend it anyway

This little gem is one of a kind! Highly recommend! Parking is the only negative aspect. Difficult to find, only options are in the neighborhood next to the location. During busier times might be hard to park. Otherwise, the atmosphere and the service were great! The food is amazing.

    Salchicha Picante pizza!!!!

As a Utah local I'm only upset because I didn't try this place sooner! The food is unique, and delicious. The salchicha picante was way better than I expected it to be. So glad I tried it! The service was great, very attentive. The restaurant is dimly lit which I love, I have sitting in a restaurant that exposes me Will be back!

    Any gluten free choices?

    They do have salads.

Do they have a kids menu?

They do not have a kids menu. We ordered the cheese pizza to share and kids enjoyed that. There is a bar section for 21+ but the rest of the restaurant is suitable for families. There's high chairs available and changing table in the restroom.

If it was a bit more charred and crispy that would make all the difference. On the plus side since they don't cook it enough the pizzas come out fast at least lol, we got our 2 in about 10 minutes. We tried the signature Settebello, Pear & jalapeño pizza and a salad. The salad was lame - just a pile of arugula with maybe a little oil dressing topped w/ a slice of hard cheese. Essentially a plate of rabbit food for $10. The Settebello was very tasty & I enjoyed the addition of pine nuts. The pear/jalapeño was quite tasty and unique. Instead of a white/red sauce base, the base is a jalapeno&pear jam that is sweet w/ a little spice, very nice. My only small complaint would be about the cheese on this pizza. It's a creamy sweet cheese that I think clashes with the sweet& spicy flavor, I think a sharper cheese would pair much better with this pizza. All in all, if they fixed their dough game it would be 5 star. The prices are around $18-21 for a large personal pizza, or can be shared with an appetizer which I think is fair portion & price.

Enjoy the pizza, the beer, and your dining companions instead of your phone for an hour or so. We tried the pull-a-parts, which are kind of like thin pieces of baked dough with a thin layer of cheese inside. You get a large portion and they are ok but this is not a must order. The ranch dressing was delicious but the pizza sauce was more closely related to ketchup than anything Italian. We went with the Mountain of Meat pizza (pepperoni, ham, sausage, salami, and ground beef) on a thick crust and it was very good. The 12-inch size gives you six huge slices loaded with toppings and was plenty for three people. Every server we interacted with was extremely friendly. Bring a pen and write your name on the walls.
