    Banana cream pie
    Jessica L.

Food was a 20/10! The appetizer, pizza, and desserts completely blew our tastebuds away. The Sweet Salty Pig was the most delicious pizza we've had in a long time, and the banana cream pie gave my husband goosebumps (he's very picky with banana cream pies). Ambiance was a 6/10 mainly because we were seated at a dirty table. Service was unfortunately a 5/10 or lower. The waiter was nice, but he was more focused on his friends who were seated behind us. It took quite a long time to get our check at the end and waters weren't being refilled. Even though the service was so-so, we REALLY want to come back again. That food was soooooo good. We'll deal with subpar service and dirty tables for that pizza and dessert!

I was here once but I forgot leave a review. If you've never had Detroit pizza. You're gonna love it! It is a deep dish with carmelized cheese edges. The dough is light and airy. I loved it the last time I came and it sounded good again. Let's start off that today is Thursday night and it is packed in here. There's no parking, and there are only 3 regular spots and one handicapped spaces. The neighborhood must really hate this restaurant because the streets surrounding this restaurant are filled with cars. We ordered the Importance of Fried Cheese (mozzarella cheese). It was lightly coated and seasoned. However, we found that it needed a touch more salt. Then there's the sauce. The house marinara is to die for. The spices of onions garlic, oregano, and other spices blended well with the chunks of tomatoes turning this mixture into a heavenly dip. I ordered the Sausage King of Chicago with mushrooms. I love this crust! It is light and airy and maintains crunchy. It is so filling that I could only eat two pieces. More leftovers!!! My only complain is that they only put drops of that heavenly marinara sauce on each slice. Next time I will ask for them to put extra sauce on my pizza. My wife ordered a keto pepperoni and olive pizza. Her crust was made out of sausages. She loved it! We all had the pizzas we wanted and had yummy leftovers. Even though the parking sucks, I can't wait to go back!

This little gem is one of a kind! Highly recommend! Parking is the only negative aspect. Difficult to find, only options are in the neighborhood next to the location. During busier times might be hard to park. Otherwise, the atmosphere and the service were great! The food is amazing.

    Salchicha Picante pizza!!!!

As a Utah local I'm only upset because I didn't try this place sooner! The food is unique, and delicious. The salchicha picante was way better than I expected it to be. So glad I tried it! The service was great, very attentive. The restaurant is dimly lit which I love, I have sitting in a restaurant that exposes me Will be back!

I have never been a fan of pizza, but we came here on a whim and I'm so glad we did. I got the SLC and it was delicious. It was not greasy, the bread was so soft, but also on the edge of the cheese was crunchy and in some parts more gooey. The tomatoes weren't even overwhelming. I have been converted. The server Leland was so nice And made sure we got everything we needed and was super apologetic when my food came out a little bit later than everyone else's (it was really a matter of a minute or two) The location is a little bit weird to try to find parking, but the restaurant itself is really cool and everything was super clean. I highly recommend a visit here. Please note the pizza is a little bit pricey for what you would normally expect but it is such good quality that I highly recommend it anyway

From Loyal Regulars to Never Again We used to be regulars here, but the quality has completely plummeted. We waited a few months to post this to maintain some anonymity, but the experience was too disappointing not to share. We decided to try the Cheesy Mushroom Afgoo. When we asked for a description, the waiter literally told us to "look it up on DoorDash or Yelp" to see what it looked like. We did, and the photos online looked incredible. However, when the pizza arrived, it was a total bait and switch. There was maybe one mushroom per slice and no sign of the onions. When we politely asked if it was the correct order, the waiter responded, "Yeah, look at all those mushrooms," in a completely condescending tone. We ordered three different pizzas, and every single one was essentially just a cheese pizza with missing toppings. (Other members of our party will be reviewing their specific pizzas as well). To top it off, when it was time for the bill, our waiter sent someone else over and refused to face us, even though the restaurant was nearly empty and we COULD SEE HIM lurking. We used to take photos here because the food was amazing; this time, we took photos just to document how much of a rip-off it's become. We won't be back.

Bricks Corner is a solid pizza spot in SLC. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the local beer hit the spot. I tried their top seller, the Sweet Salty Pig and wouldn't recommend it, the flavor mashup just didn't do it for me. That said, the pizza overall was pretty good and the vibe is what you'd want from a neighborhood corner joint.

    Small cheese pizza

Upbeat, fun atmosphere. Alcoholic as well as nonalcoholic drinks and cocktails available. At least 10 beers on tap. They have a pretty large dessert menu as well as other items like wings. We ordered the basic cheese pizza. Very traditional Detroit style: crispy, cheesy, thick crust. Be careful not to over order! Pictured is the smaller of the two sizes. One piece is really equal to about three pieces of New York style pizza. Service was friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Gourmet pizza! The crispy cheesy crust was delicious. Even held up pretty good having it delivered.

Brick's Corner came highly recommended and they absolutely delivered. The line was basically out the door so we opted for take out and the wait only took up about 20 minutes. Kris behind the counter was not only adorable but handling the crowd beautifully, keeping guests calm and entertained. Adding this place to my list of top spots for pizza in Utah. Brick's Corner has absolutely perfected their recipe for a fluffy but crispy pan pizza. They've beautifully mastered the basics with an amazing mozzarella that is both elastic and soft - video proof of the cheese pull on the pizza. In terms of price it's extremely reasonable starting at only $15.00 for the OG cheese pan pizza. They also have a variety of shareables, dressed greens and desserts. The energy inside was electric and I'm looking forward to going back on a less busy night (if they even have one) to try some of the other options on the menu. My one grievance isn't against the food, staff or restaurant but the male guests that were going into the female restrooms. They have a male, female and gender neutral single stall bathrooms. In the 20 minutes it took to wait for our order I saw 3 different men go into the women's bathroom. The bathrooms are trucked in a corner so I think it was because it was crowded and hard to read the bathroom labels.

I can't believe it took me this long to try this place. The fried crispy crust on the pizza is life changing. I think about this pizza at least one a week. The portions are huge. We, two of us, ordered an appetizer and one pizza, The Sweet and Salty Pig. We had a full meal of leftovers.

The Roots pizza, keto/gluten free style with house made sausage "crust"!! Yum!!

A bit of a disappointing dining experience tonight. It was rather a busy, so we sat at the bar, because we could. The bartender/server did an amazing job! She was making drinks for the whole restaurant plus serving those at the bar so the four stars go entirely to her! I think there was some sort of disconnect or kitchen issues because from the time we got our drinks until the food finally arrived was 45 minutes!! And apparently they had to remake our food cause they served it to someone else??? Later we each got a scoop of ice cream, which was delicious, but again, took forever and was slightly melted, like someone forgot to bring it out... Anyway, my glass of Pinot Gris was nice as was my husband's Athletic Lite beer. He enjoyed his mushroom pizza. I got the spartichoke, which seemed to skimp on the spinach. I'm gluten sensitivity so I got their keto crust, which is meat. Last time it seemed okay, but it was made different tonight and was a bit much. I found myself just eating the toppings.... I'm sure we'll come back sometime. Maybe they'll be better organized....

    Robbie G.

So only bad thing about this place is lack of parking... one of the best pizzas I've ever had the crust is so so good on the deep dish. We got the roots pizza and added pepperoni. The salads were amazing tons of flavor. Can't say enough about this I could eat it every day

    Any gluten free choices?

    They do have salads.

Do they have a kids menu?

They do not have a kids menu. We ordered the cheese pizza to share and kids enjoyed that. There is a bar section for 21+ but the rest of the restaurant is suitable for families. There's high chairs available and changing table in the restroom.

Also, bottled water is free. They also have lots of Jarritos flavors. The menu is interesting even if you're like me and don't get the Pulp Fiction references. The crust is solidly above average, the toppings are high-quality, and I loved the hot honey. Better Call Saul was playing, there's an arcade game, and lots of stuff to look at on the walls. The pepperoni I was told was good. The Jimmie was good as well, light how ever too many jalapeños. It's small inside and has a lot going on. Drinks you can only get them in an old skool bottle because they do not service fountain drinks. The pizza came out in about 10 minutes, it was good I was surprised.
