On the day of the appointment, I received a text from the stylist at 10:30 asking if I can come in at 2:00 instead. It wasn't a big deal to me so I agreed. Then when I was already on my way at 1:30 I received another text from Jackie that she cancelled my appointment all together. I'm not sure why she even has appointments if she is not going to go by them, especially after her sending multiple confirmation emails for the appointments. Do not book with Jackie Cabezas.
