The moment I walked in, I was greeted and felt so welcomed by Lisa and Aleice. I drove from LA to LV to try on that specific dress. They also let me pick a handful of dresses off the racks as backups. I tried on the one they shipped for me, and I loved it. I was a little hesitant because it was a blush color, but while they were waiting to find out if it came in white, we tried on the rest of the dresses. I was emotional when I tried on THE dress because it was beautiful, I was alone, and I was missing my mom. Lisa had a motherly, warm energy that made me feel special. Perla Bridal was the first bridal shop I visited and it absolutely set the bar high. I was greeted and helped by Aliece. She had me sit down and explain my vision for my dress. She picked out a few dresses and allowed me to look at the dresses and pick some on my own. With every dress she said which designer and all the details of the dress. She made me feel comfortable in the fitting room- the level of professionalism mixed with a relaxed welcoming mannerisms made me feel like my friend was helping me change in to dresses. There was an appointment coming close to mine but she still made me feel important. Once I decided on the dress she texted me a link to the dress along with a beautiful meaningful text AND a voice message explaining the process. It saddens me to write this, but I feel it's important to share my full experience so other brides know what they're walking into. I visited Perla in Dec 2024 and had a great initial visit--my consultant helped me find my dream dress and assured me it would arrive well before my Sept 2025 wedding. The contract required ordering 6-7 mos out; I ordered mine 9.5 mos out. Then things unraveled. On June 25th, I got a call asking to confirm a customization because my consultant had left the company. Um what? Almost 7mos after ordering, I'm getting a call to confirm design?! By mid-July when I followed up on the status, I was repeatedly told the dress was "arriving any day" but they couldn't provide tracking. Only after escalating did they finally send it--revealing the dress wouldn't arrive until 7/31, nearly 8 months after ordering. When the dress finally came, it was wrong. My heart sank. The corset was supposed to have a rounded top, but it arrived with cateye points. The $500 detachable sleeves I paid extra for immediately popped off when I tried them on, with the sales associate casually saying "that happens a lot" and how most brides need new snaps. To be clear, the mistake was on the designer--they pulled out my contract and confirmed we did NOT ask for cateyes (we only asked for the basked waist design from another dress' corset, but they made the ENTIRE corset the same as the other dress), but the way Perla handled it was incredibly disappointing. Their partner tailor, Shami (who is excellent), looked at the gown's sewing and immediately said she could tell it had been rushed (not to mention how many beads fell off just taking it out of the bag). She strongly advised against changing the corset back to rounded because it was too complicated and risky with how intricate the dress was. Well, there was my answer- no way I was chancing this on such an expensive dress so close to my wedding. Incredibly sad I wasn't going to be able to do my second strapless look as I planned, we ended up deciding on long sleeves as a workaround to soften the look At this point, I reached out to Perla asking for a small discount, since the gown I received was not the one I ordered and I could no longer wear it as intended. Their response? They offered to "waive the cost of making sleeves" as a "gesture of goodwill for my inconvenience", and said I had already gotten a "significant discount compared to it's current price" (lol!), and insisted they had absorbed shipping/tariff fees. They continued to push the idea that "it's not impossible" to fix the corset, even after I sent proof in text directly from the tailor advising against it. Shami ended up having to make sleeves from "scraps" they sent her after they told her "the material is too costly." I appreciate her efforts greatly, but after taking them home 12 days before my wedding, I've decided I likely won't even wear them. When I followed up one last time, asking for alteration costs to be covered (especially since I had to pay for new snaps), the owner personally called me to say it was disappointing that I didn't let this go and move on yet, that I was "trying to take advantage of her business," that she thought they had done all they could and clearly "nothing could make me happy." Speechless. I have lived in Vegas for 16yrs and have never been treated this way by a business, let alone for one of the most special purchases I've ever made. After paying $5,500 and waiting 8 mos, I ended up with a dress that wasn't made as ordered, required extra alterations, and left me feeling completely dismissed rather than cared for. I wish I could write a glowing review like so many others here, but this was my reality--and for such an important purchase, I'd caution anyone considering Perla. I had a truly incredible time at Perla Bridal, thanks to my stylists Lisa and Ghyanni! I also said yes to the dress here! I came on two occasions: first I worked with Lisa to try on different dresses, and the following week, I worked with Ghyanni to re-try on the dress I eventually said "yes" to and ask questions about accessories and alterations. They were both so patient and had incredible recommendations about dress trains, veils that would suit my dress, qualities that make dresses stand out, and dresses that compliment or compete with my naturally curly hair (which was an important consideration for me). Both visits definitely gave welcoming, non-judgmental, and encouraging "girl's girl" energy, which made my bridal experience here so much more special. I never felt pressured to make a decision I didn't want to make here, nor did I feel like I couldn't truly say my opinion about a dress, which was also so important to me. Logistically speaking, the dress selection here was also great! There were both timeless, classic dresses and dresses with flair and uniqueness to them. I do not write reviews lightly, but if my review saves future brides from being without a dress 4 months before their wedding, then it's worth writing. I purchased my dress in July 2025 and picked it up in October. I was in a rush that day and, trusting that my measurements had been taken and recorded correctly, I did not try it on at pickup before signing the paperwork. That was my mistake -- and I own that, and would come to later heavily regret it. Upon trying on my dress at home, I unfortunately discovered my dress was nearly two sizes too small. Inches from being able to zip. I have actually lost weight since my original fitting, which immediately told me something was wrong with the measurements taken/ ordered, or the dress the designer sent. I later returned to the store after discovering the sizing issue, I was re-measured in front of my mother and sister. The measurements taken that day were nowhere near what had been written on my contract and used to order my gown. The original sales associate Lisa acknowledged in person that there had been a mistake and told me she would escalate it to the owner. I greatly appreciated Lisa for admitting that something was indeed wrong. Despite any contracts signed, this was not the dress promised to me. The dress was brand new, un tailored. I willingly offered to give the dress back so they could still sell it, and asked they order me a new one in my correct size. No refunds. Instead of accountability or a meaningful solution, I received an email from the owner herself offering me 20% off to repurchase another dress from them. I had already spent 5k on this dress.... to be told there was nothing they could help me with besides a 20% discount was extremely disappointing. The owner was passive aggressive and gaslit me during the entirety of our conversation. I tried explaining that a mistake had been made and that her sales associate even admitted to me, she told me that I should have just let it go. She then lied to me and told me that her written records stated "bride tried on the dress and was happy with fit". Lisa, myself, and the cameras all know that to be untrue. She failed to even review her own footage of the day, conduct any thorough investigation or have a conversation with Lisa and instead chose to manipulate me with false records. To be left without a dress months before the wedding is something I would never wish on anyone. To feel dismissed and told a version of events that did not happen made it even worse. Brides: please protect yourselves. Try your dress on at pickup no matter how much you trust the boutique. Double check the measurements written on your contract. Do not assume everything was recorded correctly and do not trust Perla Bridal. I wouldn't spend a penny with them and wouldn't recommend any friends or family. read more

My daughter was looking for her dream dress and scheduled a dress fitting to find the wedding dress for a winter wedding. The shop was in Town Square, there was only Marina, Sona and my two daughters there, which was perfect and made it more personal. The lady in charge of our fitting was Marina. She was so nice and attentive and made us feel comfortable. First, the bride chose the dresses she wanted, which was 5-6 dresses. There's no limit and they were so accommodating. It felt good to not be pressured and just enjoy our fitting. Marina is amazing and wanted to ask how I feel about each dress and helping the bride parade for us and take pictures of each one we tried. Also once we narrowed our choices to 2, she painstakingly helped the bride try it on again. There was so many choices!! All of the dresses look amazing! These designer wedding dresses are not your usual RTW. It looks like they were made for the bride specially. In the meantime, they served us water and snacks as we sat in the sofa watching the bride try on different gowns. Once my daughter finally said yes to the ONE she wanted, they opened a bottle of champagne and we had a toast to the most amazing dress !! I found a Milla Nova dress online for my wedding. I called close to 25 stores in the United States and Canada that the Milla Nova website listed as carrying the line -- none of them had the dress! One store in Canada could order it for me in time for my wedding, quoted me $1500, and would have been a trek to go get. When I finally called Perla Bridal, I spoke with Sona. She was VERY familiar with Milla Nova. She explained to me that the dress is from a BRAND NEW line and would likely not be available off the rack ANYWHERE for weeks, but, said that she could procure the dress for me in time for my wedding. She quoted me $850 for the dress AND jacket. I was impressed by her knowledge of the designer -- something none of the other bridal shops offered. I came into the shop, was measured, and Mariana placed my order. The whole boutique was reserved for the experience, it was intimate and special. She offered us champagne and waters and made a beautiful little memory for us. Picking up the dress a few weeks later was equally as lovely. The dress arrived in perfect condition, Marina helped me try it on -- it was a perfect fit. The whole experience was seamless. I could not be a happier customer.
