I'm not going to name the person who helped me because she was actually very sweet and tried her best to be a hype person and also a listener. However, she made me promises about how the dress could be altered. Pinned and shoved things around to something very close to my perfect dress and said we could make this happen for you. She recommended a seamstress who could "do it all" only for me to buy the dress, sign the contract, and drive to that very seamstress and be told that she couldn't do half the things promised and that no one could. The seamstress was extremely negative and charged me too much for her work. It was sub par. Very disappointing experience as I spent over $1,000 for dress that wasn't what I wanted. No refunds, only exchanges.... Problem is, if there was something I wanted that it could be exchanged for... I would've gotten it in the first place. After everything was said and done, I had a dress that was 75% what I wanted. Not a great way to run a business.... Brides spend so much money for their vision, don't sell an idea. Especially if you're not sure if it is actually possible just to make a sale.

Lisa stated their Colorado location had it, but she could have it shipped to their store in Vegas so I could come try it on. The moment I walked in, I was greeted and felt so welcomed by Lisa and Aleice. I drove from LA to LV to try on that specific dress. They also let me pick a handful of dresses off the racks as backups. I tried on the one they shipped for me, and I loved it. I was a little hesitant because it was a blush color, but while they were waiting to find out if it came in white, we tried on the rest of the dresses. I was emotional when I tried on THE dress because it was beautiful, I was alone, and I was missing my mom. Lisa had a motherly, warm energy that made me feel special. After going to 10 boutiques and trying on 50 dresses, I said yes to the dress! From the very beginning, Couture Bride stood out. Before our appointment, the team asked thoughtful questions about the bride's style and vision, and even pre-selected gowns based on her preferences. From the moment we walked in, we felt like family. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, like being in a cozy home surrounded by beautiful gowns. The bridal party was given freedom to explore the store, and the bride was able to try on as many dresses as she wanted--unlike other shops, which were very restrictive. From the moment we came for the first appointment to try on dresses the team was so welcoming, kind, and supportive. I purchased my dress and veil in August 2024 (for a November 2025 wedding) and received word well ahead of schedule in December 2024/ January 2025 that everything had arrived. The team had no problem with me visiting the shop in February to try everything on and ensure everything we ordered arrived as expected. The team was accommodating throughout the entire process. In late September 2025 we began the fitting process. I purchased a size 18 dress and then ended up losing weight resulting in needing my dress to be more in the size 10/12 realm. From the jump, the alterations team was remarkably kind and helpful. They answered all our questions. They reassured us anything we desired could be done and that they had recently altered the same dress, so they were seasoned veterans. We came back for a couple follow up appointments, each time the dress getting closer to the final perfect fit. Despite needing to make some major alterations due to the weight loss, all the alterations cost us under $400 for a dress we originally spent $1600+ on, which felt so reasonable to me, especially for their exceptional quality of work. I'm sad my wedding is over since it means I won't have a reason to continue working with the Celebrations team, as they were one of my favorite vendors/ parts of the wedding planning process.

Lovest Bridal Boutique is by appointment only, no walk-ins plus there's a $25 deposit made prior. If you do not see any dresses you automatically fell in love with, you WILL get your deposit back. The price tag for the dresses here (at least the styles that I liked) will cost a bit more than your usual typical run-of-the-mill bridal stores. Afterall, this IS a boutique. All the dresses I tried on were around $2.5K. Dress styles are organized by sections so if you're not a poofy princess dress kinda gal, you won't have to focus on that section. Honestly, there's so many different styles to choose you may even opt to come in with an open mind. Tried on a few and of course I found THE dress here. Throughout my appointment, Cici was never pushy and she gave me time to talk it out with my girls. She was patient when I wanted to try on a dress for a second/third time. She gave me options & ideas on how to change the look of the dress (ie. off the shoulder vs tube top style). The dresses are stunning, they look like they cost $1000's but were all under $400 AND they have a 50% off clearance area. Of course we went shopping. The staff is super nice and if you have your husband along there is a beautiful sitting area near the dressing rooms for their comfort. This is a MUST stop shop if you are in the Forum. It's upstairs near the Planet Hollywood restaurant. From now on when I have a formal or cocktail event to go to, this WILL be my first stop.
