The management company follows strict fees and protocols with no "customer" kindness. $25 per bag of garbage so don't forget to take it to the dump! And $110 for leaving contact tape which causes no drywall damage and $75 for cleaning a refrigerator, microwave and oven which was left empty and not perfectly clean but wiped down. Several admin fees, a couple of electric fees for amenity areas and even after paying rent trash. A nightmare rental! Just know they will keep your deposit and "nickel and dime you". Fees,fees and more fees. Elmhurst village we got our entire deposit back should have stayed there. Say "no" to renting here!

It's extremely frustrating to deal with pest problems so early into a lease, especially when you expect basic cleanliness and maintenance to be a priority. On top of that, the front desk staff has been dismissive and unhelpful when concerns are brought up. Instead of feeling supported, we feel brushed off. To make matters worse, the leasing office reportedly lost my roommate's package, which adds to the ongoing lack of organization and accountability. Overall, the experience has been disappointing. Also, it'll be 12 AM and I hear people running through the halls and the floors shake. I hear people saying the walls are thin, so maybe that's why. Luckily I don't have any parties happening near me but I've heard that the floor or ceiling will vibrate depending on where the party comes from. If you want a quieter atmosphere I'd go with Accolade East, as it is a smaller apt. But I like west, lol. SUMMARY: Overall, they *have* nice things. But I don't think they know how to *care* for them. The place is beautiful and better looking than many other spots in the area. But, the level of care and attention to detail is a little lower than I'd like. They just need a larger team for different things (mail, cleaning, etc.).

She said that we were 10 minutes late and she had to let other clients that were on time go in before us, even though they came in after wards. I left because it was already over an Hours Wait and my son had a very long day ahead of him (Band Camp for 8 hours in sun). I tried to call back to speak to dentist and receptionist hung up on me.
