Was told when I called for appointment that it would take an hour. Ar 9:15 my vehicle wasn't ready at 9:30 it was sitting outside of their office, waited another 20 minutes for service man to check me out. Found out they now do an upcharge of 3% for payment with a credit card. Also the price jumped from just under $100 to $115 for oil change. Also my truck needs 6.1 quarts for an oil change, for years Racetrack only charged for six quarts, discovered today that the last several oil changes they have charged for 7 quarts. Most service garages use bulk oil. This means that at $11 a quarter the seventh quarter is all profit. I would be okay with being charged for 7 quarts every 5th oil change, but each time they are making a free quart plus their own parts mark up. Going to look at other service stations in my area for future service needs and to compare cost and mark ups.

He also told me that if I ever wanted to sell it back to him to let him know. So I've never had my car serviced at OC imports, but I can say their customer service is fantastic. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.
