He was more than accommodating, giving me past service history. He remembered both previous owners of the vehicle and advised me that I bought a very solid car. He also told me that if I ever wanted to sell it back to him to let him know. So I've never had my car serviced at OC imports, but I can say their customer service is fantastic. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.

WHY? BeCause he always gives us optimum service from start to finish. His shop is not one of those shops that is constantly recommending things that need to be done that don't really need to be done immediately. His business is totally honest. His front of the house staff are knowledgeable, with good personalities and you really get the feeling that they take great pride in their jobs. So yes, I'm talking about Mark and other people who handle Mike's car business along with him, but even the people that work as cashiers are excellent as well. This company said they replaced radiator reservoir and after getting home i had a worse leak than when I dropped car off. When returning car for second time they wanted another $587.00 telling me I had more leaks. According to them they ran a compression test and if the did there's noway these so called leaks would not appeared. My advise to potential customers stay clear off this business.The company that list there reviews would not list mine.This tells me one thing that's why they have such a high positive feed back...They only list positive customers feed back.Im 81 and still able to spot a shady deal!!

I called every muffler shop and mechanic shop in the area, but no one had a welder on site. I went to every performance vendor at the event and no one could help. A nice gentleman from Rommel Harley Davidson recommended Fleet Maintenance in Berlin. Greg helped us out and he was nothing but professional and courteous.
