Even asked him to close the gates when he is here and he asks why (we have dogs and young children) -Unfamiliar with O2 systems - said he would call Clear Comfort to figure out their system, never did. Recently waited until the filtration battery died and didn't tell us it was running low (there are lights that show this) -Solution to everything is Chlorine.
