Sub contracting everything out which makes for plenty of weird third party communications about when people were going to be here and it always seemed like no one knew when exactly. they'd make promises that never really materialized, and some of these sub contractors were good, some were just kinda meh. ultimately the job got done in a timely fashion, the pool works, but the finish work was off in a few areas, and I tried to keep them accountable and on top of the things we saw that were just sort of ok during the process and it was always yeah for sure we'll get to that, they'd always miss something. well, I've been asking for a light to get fixed that was put in really poorly, 1 out of 8 and the rest are good. also we've been waiting for some general grout cleanup and finishing and I was originally told by Ryan that they'd get right on it. lots of texts that things would be taken care of and now they've just sort of ghosted me after telling me they'd get right on these last few very small things.
