Well, Rich just saved me $850 in unneeded repairs…read more I went to Tires Plus last week to get my tires rotated and also complained about a rubbing I was hearing from the front end drivers side. Tires Plus told me I needed front brakes and rotors, just $850 "after" their "discount" I questioned that recommendation and went to see Rich at Independently Vovo. After a drive around the block, Rich put the car on the lift and came out and told me it was "fixed". No charge! Turns out the dust shield was rubbing against the rotor. My brakes and rotors are fine. I have written about this place previously, they are honest and when work does need to be done the prices are fair. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I stopped in to get an oil change because the location is convenient…read more The technician was very pleasant and convinced me to do a coolant service, I agree trusting his judgement after he showed me the discoloration. There was a sign out front about about a car wash service so I inquired. $35 for a wash seemed reasonable so I agreed and asked when the vehicle would be finished. An hour later I walked back to pick up my vehicle out front. I immediately notice the wheel wells were filthy not even touched and to find the running boards in the same original condition but clearly the wash has happened. I walk inside to pay and discover a $215 invoice. In shock I ask about the coolant service which happened to be $100. Oh well lesson learned. I pay and walk out to find the inside of my vehicle was never touched. I walk back inside and ask was the $35 wash just the exterior. The technician says "oh you wanted the inside done, we can do the inside". I simply shook my head and told him never again will I come to this establishment. $35 wash for just the exterior that looks half complete at best. What a rip off...

When I arrived drop my trailer pulled the truck into his yard and before I got into the office to do the write up on the truck he had one of his Mechanics working on it . We had to put it on a lift and being a car carrier it sits very low to the ground Jason and his mechanic were very patient on getting me on the lift so my truck would not get damaged. The mechanic got it up in air found the problem fix it . These guys are very professional, very friendly, I would recommend them to to anyone .
