The very nice mechanic who thankfully ended up handling the rest of the service said to me, "he's like that with everyone, even us", but I don't think that has really anything to do with me, he called me stupid, and at this point I wanted to just leave, and I really should have (lesson learned) but I had to have the oil change done today so unfortunately I just dealt with it. I had 2 other oil changes done here previously with no problem, but I don't want to spend my money to end up being treated rudely/collateral damage because someone is "having a bad day" or "that's just how they are". Why not just be a nice person?
