    Tomato Bisque with Cornbread
    Haley P.

I love stopping here for both coffee and food! They always have full tables so it's clear that it's well loved by the community and travelers. There are also a bunch of live plants and antique-like decor, while still feeling like a modern space. They have a lot of creative drinks to choose from and they food always hits the spot! I often think of their staple, tomato bisque soup with cornbread - which is incredible. The staff are kind and they get your order to you in a timely manner! This is a great stop for to-go orders or to dine in and socialize.

Loved the vibe, loved the coffee, highly recommend. Cute local gem with outstanding food and drink. From the menu to the art, I truly enjoyed spending time in the location. Easy to find, plenty of parking. The service was fantastic and parking was super easy. Clean, warm, welcoming - all the things you'd look for! I tried the egg Benedict crepe and the pumpkin latte with ghost pepper whip. Delicious! I'd get them both again however I'd also look forward to trying all the other fun flavors and combinations on their menu. Go - you won't be disappointed.

Bridge Street is a must stop when in Chippewa Falls. The inside is cute with plenty of seating and tables large enough for groups. This is the place to be so fair warning if you're going on a Saturday/Sunday morning, there will be a line but it goes fast. I got the egg breakfast with avocado toast and fruit. The avocado toast tasted like it had olive oil or some sort of addition rather than straight avocados which was not my favorite. However the eggs and fruit were great. We also got the bill dog sandwich which was outstanding. There was an extensive and creative drink menu, so there's definitely something for everyone.

We decided to stop by because the continental breakfast at our hotel only had decaf coffee. This place was busy. It was Sunday morning. There were so many choices we got out of line and back in again before we ordered. I had an iced mocha with raspberry. My husband had a cold brew. There were so many baked goods to choose from and we decided on a pistachio chocolate chip muffin. It was really good. It was bright and clean with a decent amount of seating inside and out. There were people who just came by for takeout and some relaxing and enjoying their morning. We were definitely glad we stopped by.

Seems like a pretty popular place. Lots of people on a Wednesday morning after a holiday, but no queue to speak of. We stopped in on our way through town because of the reviews. We didn't get any food but did get a decaf latte and a drip coffee. People must really like it but for us it was just okay. Coffee tastes like Starbucks.

Found this place on yelp. Wanted a good coffee and light lunch before our long drive home. I choose this place. The drink menu is short and simple- they had a "specials" drink menu which was super creative! One of the drinks was a tea latte with GLITTER on top Love it! Our mochas were good and the sandwiches were fresh, fast, and healthy like we wanted. Nice price range as well. Glad we stopped in.

This is a cool little coffee shop located in Downtown Chippewa Falls with a huge (and tasty) seasonal drink menu. We decided to try the Pumpkin Carving (a pumpkin spice latte, we got it with oat milk) and the Apple Picking (a spiced cider). Both were super yummy, get-ready-for-fall drinks. We also had the avocado toast, which was HUGE and also quite tasty. Service was fast, and there is a bunch of free parking on the street. Definitely worth getting off the highway for a pick-me-up when you are passing through!

Nice location with good coffee and food but nothing special. Not that much else to say. The 4:30 has better coffee and food. I recomend there instead

Was staying nearby and starving for a good breakfast so found this place through yelp and man, it was everything I wanted & more. When I came in it was super busy which was a good sign. Food was super delicious and they gave good portions; service was great, the people who work at the cafe are really sweet; nice ambiance with a good amount of seating. Their coffee is very good. If in the area again, definitely will be back.

UPDATE: Keith, the manager, called and emailed me the very next day after I posted this review. I…read moream adding a star as a result. He handled the matter appropriately and demonstrated the qualities of a professional and effective store leader. I did emphasize to Keith that I don't know what the employee may be going through, and my intention was simply to bring the situation to his attention. He did not make excuses but was also compassionate, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about his employees and wants the best for his store. Writing a review really can help managers support their teams, so I encourage others not to write this store off if they have less-than-perfect experience. . . . Overall, I would typically rate this location five stars. The food is consistently good, ambiance is nice, and the majority of the team provides friendly and efficient service. While there have been a few occasions where my order was incorrect, even after being remade, I understand that mistakes can happen. That said, I do want to address a recent service issue that was disappointing. During a recent visit, my partner and I were assisted by a staff member named Shelby (red hair, mentioned only in case she was ringing under a different name). Her demeanor was noticeably unprofessional and unwelcoming. She appeared visibly irritated, was abrupt in her interactions, and handled items roughly, such as slamming cups, which made us uncomfortable as customers. We frequent this location approximately four times a week, and after this interaction, my partner returned on a separate day and experienced the same attitude. Given how often we visit and how much we generally enjoy this location, this was particularly disappointing. In fact, we found ourselves questioning whether we had done anything wrong during the ordering process due to the negative reaction we received. Because this is a small community with many regular customers who value this Jimmy John's, consistent and respectful customer service is especially important. For this reason, I am adjusting my rating to three stars. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit intended, to help improve the customer experience and support staff development moving forward.
