One of my favorite thrift stores of all time. I always find something cool here, the employees are all very welcoming and friendly. Otto has been especially helpful the last few times I've been here! Unfortunately no fitting rooms or public restrooms but if you buy clothes and keep the tags they will let you return for store credit (I believe within 7 days of purchase) if you decide you don't love them. read more

Cutest and newest(ish) thrift store in Spring Valley/ La Mesa/ Casa de Oro area. It took me a minute to realize it was a real thrift shop when I saw signs from the freeway. It's in its own little corner, so understandably, you wouldn't know it's there. Now it's one of the go-to shops my sister and I frequent. They always have something good to find! My husband and I were looking to kill some time and I'm so glad we stumbled across Bridge Thrift. There were so many clothing options and fun home finds to sift through. We managed to score a Patagonia shirt and a Bass Pro Shops tee for a great price! We also found the exact same Adidas powerlifting shoes that were stolen from my husband's truck years ago. They were the first thing that caught our eye when we walked in. They ended up not fitting him comfortably but it felt like a meant to be moment lol. We do wish they had a fitting room. Other than that, it's a great stop for anyone who loves thrifting. We'll definitely be back! read more

Lots of great finds at this location! I haven't been to their other locations, but definitely one of my favorite thrift stores in San Diego. Most of their items are picked through and are more pricier. But they are well taken care of items that are worth the price. I haven't found so many staple pieces here. No, this is not a church! This venue has been the host for various church homes over these last decades. But, it is now a place to find great bargains for clothing, shoes, household goods, office items and so on. For adults and kids. It's so clean and organized inside. And super spacious! They have new deliveries weekly. And receive donations from the public as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. And there are even secret deals you need to ask them about. IYKYK. If you don't, just ask. Bridge Thrift is not your typical business. They are very connected with other businesses and ministries that care for the less fortunate. It's good to know that deals I find here go far. This location is one of a handful of other Bridge Thrifts in the county and even LA. read more

A smaller thrift store that recently opened. It is very clean and well organized. All the clothes is organized by color which is always a plus when going to a thrift store. They have a decent selection of fabric by the tablecloths and placemats which is a welcome surprise. The prices are a little on the high end but I'm noticing that trend at a lot of thrift stores so it's not the only place. The girl working was not the friendliest or most helpful but perhaps that's just Gen Z. Overall decent store and if I'm in the area I like to stop by but nothing to go out of your way for. read more

I think this spot is new! Came to check it out. It is very clean and organized. Amazing prices. Got a couple of things. Everything is set by sizes and organized. Pretty big location. Not alot of people. Got a cool jersey for inexpensive. Everything seems like it is barely used for the most part. They collect clothes outside for donation. They also have an outlet which is upstairs. The outlet is only open certain days and random but when it is the prices are crazy. The outlet is bins and lots of clothes on the floor but the prices are so nice. read more

This thrift store is pretty well curated, they tend to have clothes from the 90s and 80s, as well as the early 2000s. Not a lot of fast fashion, it looks like a lot of stuff that your grandma would've worn in a cool way. Prices are a little higher, but there's less crap to sort through, so to me it's worth it. They also have a really great selection of shoes. read more

NO RESTROOMS even for paying customers. I have horrible stomach issues out of my control and no bathroom available for a paying customer is a very disappointing situation. I would even pay a $1 to use it I don't care. I need the option to use the bathroom, without it I can't leave the house and enjoy my time here. read more

I've been to the Clairemont location and I genuinely think this location is better in the sense that it's not crowded and the prices seem to be cheaper! At the Clairemont location I typically only walk out with 1-2 items but today I bought 5 things! I do think the prices are still in the moderate side for being a "thrift" store but I wouldn't mind coming to this location again! :) The employee working up front today (10/19) was sweet too! read more

This is one of my favorite recent thrift store discoveries!! I almost want to gatekeep this place but I also want to sing their praises. The store is not too big nor too small, I feel like I could go through everything without spending hours upon hours there. The organization and is some of the best I've seen in SD. Pricing is higher than those at bin and bin-adjacent thrift stores, but I think it is definitely worth paying a few bucks extra for the curation and experience. Do note there is no fitting room, but they offer store credit for returns within 7 days with tags. I got a gorgeous Guess coat for $13, and saw a lot of better brands and materials (Lululemon, athleta, silk, Levis, etc) than I typically see at thrift stores. I will say their kids and shoe sections are somewhat lacking compared to places like Amvets but these are not sections I usually shop personally. I will definitely be donating to Bridge thrift and coming back to shop more in the future! read more

This thrift is very organized and lots of cool stuff. Tucked away in casa de oro. Plenty of parking and very nice staff.

Came to drop off hubs clothes- suit worn once and sports clothes. Stopped in and was surprised at marked prices. Most clothes used at 8.99/9.99 and fast-fashion at best. I'm a casual thrifter and other than Goodwill, find similar items at 1/3-1/2 of these prices. Perhaps it's the charity that justifies high prices for low-quality used clothes? read more

Awesome thrift store. Alfredo and Izzy are wonderful, fun, helpful employees. I loved how neat and organized their Spring Valley store is. I went a few times because i didn't pack hot weather clothes. I found really cute dresses, white jeans that fit perfect, and some awesome t-shirts. Alfredo even looked up a t-shirt logo/image for me because i didn't know what it was...it was a hockey team. And i got some great deals on kitchen ware, hair dryer, foam roller and a few other household things. When I'm back in the area I will look forward to shopping there again. read more

It's the cleanest and most organized thrift store I've ever seen. They keep everything so nice, it's a delight to shop there. The pants are hung to where you can easily check the sizing. THE BEST THRIFT STORE AROUND. I've lived in Casa de Oro my entire life and we have really needed a place like this. There have been thrift stores that came and went but Bridge Thrift is completely different. The layout is awesome (a lot of inventory) and everything is clearly labeled with pricing. They even have a "discount schedule" on some items so u can predict the best price, provided the item is still there. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, even to go so far as to show my 4yr old where the toy section was. Ariana was working the register (she also showed my daughter the toy section) and was super nice and made sure to remind me to come back soon and see what new items they have. Also, I noticed they have a store in Clairemont so I'll be sure to check it out when I'm in the area. read more
