Just wanted to add our breakfast experience. It was just as nice and delicious as our lunch and dinner visits. Between the four of us, we had omelettes pancakes and bacon and the country Benedict, which were all delicious Again Sheila was a wonderful server and kept the coffee flowing.

Waiters were very nice and the food came out quick. Homey atmosphere inside! Feels like a classic supper club. The food was good. Prices were as expected for a small tourist town. We will be back!

Limited menu, ridiculous prices and the food was not that great and coffee was old and tasted burnt. Plus they had no bathroom available. I had chicken fried steak and eggs. It had several chunks of hard gristle. I had to spit out several pieces. The eggs were scrambled and ok. The hash browns tasted gross. And again the coffee was old and bitter. My husband wasn't happy with his food either. For 2 breakfasts and coffee was 56.00. The service was terrible. She had no welcome manners, never smiled and it was like she didn't want to be there. She took our order and delivered the food. That was all we saw of her and there was nobody else in the small dining area. Needless to say I will never go there again.

4 stars only because it is ridiculously expensive (talking SF prices) for a small mountain town - BUT the food is delish!! (Burger juicy, fries excellent, and lemon chicken tender!) This little (historic) Inn with attached restaurant/bar alongside indoor and outdoor seating offers beautiful Mountain View's and a dog friendly environment. If sitting outside during the summer months - bring your bug stray (you'll thank me later..) and of course - a healthy appetite. Bar offers few beers on tap (yes there is a hazy) and fully equipped bar for your mixed drink preference. Enjoy!

Stopped at the Bridgeport Inn Restaurant late in the afternoon and was welcomed in with lunch still being served. It's an old school restaurant with all the classic dishes on the menu, but they are delicious. We got a table by the window where we could watch the passerby's on Main Street and settled-in. We started with wings and after a few moments of indecision, the waitress agreed to bring them with two sauces on the side - forever more, that is my way of ordering wings. Alone the wings were crispy and succulent...and then I got to choose my level of saucing - yum. Sandwich and a salad was a full plate of food, but save room for the pie. We opted to share apple, no a la mode and the pie was full of apple and cinnamon flavor without the sticky sweetness you often find. Only great things to say about the food, staff and whole Bridgeport Inn Restaurant experience! The bar next door looked very inviting, so if spending the night, I would check-it out. One downside, you have to climb a flight of stairs to access the single available restroom.

The food both breakfast and lunch was very tasty and the ingredients were very fresh. Quantities were very fair and adequate. The service was also very attentive, expedient and helpful. The ambiance was great. It's downtown Bridgeport with that old town flair. It can't get any better than that! My biggest concern was the prices, but take into consideration everything has to be trucked in. It's still a great place to dine.

Historical diningroom. Love it.

Great breakfast and bacon, but if you decide to order extra eggs, get ready to pay $6.50 for an extra eggs! Yikes!!!

It's clearly a neighborhood bar as it was fairly crowded on a Thursday night about 6:30 pm. Vast menu but I ordered a cold bear a salad with grilled chicken and my wife a house burger with fries. Both orders were plentiful and tasty. Service was excellent and recommended highly.

First off it looks very clean and comfy inside. The ambience is cozy. When I came in I asked for the menu and when I saw a garden burger I had to ask questions because the brand garden burger makes vegetarian patties but only one of them is actually vegan The garden burger is from US food brand Molly's kitchen and the AI tells me it is indeed vegan. It's just named as Garden burger. Looks like this would be good with the jalapeño substitution here's a really cool part, this restaurant shows up on PlugShare as having Tesla charger. Indeed it does have one around back and when I got there a Tesla was charging. Note that this is a level 2 charger. The owner has a Tesla but he just lets people use the charger at no cost. That's super cool because 395 can be a challenge if you're driving EV. Range anxiety contributes to appetite and it really is nice to be able to get a few electrons flowing while you go inside and have a bite However most people will want to go charge at the Shell station where they have both Tesla superchargers and Electrify America. I can confirm that the ladder was indeed working this weekend of May 9, 2026. There are four of them and they're in good shape. They are about $.64 per kilowatt hour that's cheaper than gas right now by all measures

Decided to still try out a couple of new spots to give Mammoth a chance and was pleasantly surprised by Mammoth Tavern. Stopped in on a Saturday night and were told that the wait would be about 30 to 40 minutes but were seated in about 10! I highly recommend waiting in their waiting area or downstairs for your table as they will come to find to if something opens up quicker. Everything we ordered was tasty. We were very hesitant to try the Asian sticky ribs but it actually ended up being really good. I can't remember what the vegetable dish (4th pic) was called but it was also very good if you got a bite with everything in it. It had sweet potato, beet, candied walnuts and pomegranate seeds! We also ordered some drinks. The curry drink (forgot the name) was surprisingly good despite the odd list of ingredients that went in. Their local black cherry soda was also very nice. Service is great and very helpful when it came to recommendations. The space is small and doesn't allow dogs which was a bummer but still a spot I would come back to try more of their seasonal items!

He mentioned they had an outdoor firepit and thought I would like it. When we were deciding on dinner, I said we should finally check it out. We walked in and sat ourselves at a high top. It's a combo of go up to the cash register and order plus a server will come and help you out while they deliver the food. Overall food wise, I thought everything was fine. The dip was cheesy. The peppers a little too salty. The salad fulfilled that green craving tho I found the dressing and cheese a lil too heavy handed. And the soup was the comfort I needed on a cold day. I found the fish to be a little heavier in batter than I prefer, but I like most things very lightly battered. The cocktail I got was nice. Balanced and refreshing. Their sangria was on tap, so they just filled up the glass. I did enjoy going outside after we were done eating to hang out around the firepit. Ran into another party of people and we chatted for a bit. We actually brought our drinks outside to enjoy as It was quite chilly that evening. Food was fine. Cocktails were nice. Definitely would go back for the outdoor firepit. REVIEW #3970

There was quite a long wait in line, and then another 50 or so minutes for the food, of which we were advised. I did appreciate the honesty. I believe the name of the server/bartender that took our order was Nick, and he was so kind and friendly. I ordered a couple of beers (Taco Truck lagers for my parents and a Half Dome Wheat for myself), two fish & chip plates and a BBQ Pulled Chicken sandwich plate for myself. As soon as I paid, my daughter asked me what she was going to drink. I felt so bad that I had forgotten to include a drink for her. I asked Nick to ring me up for a lemonade, and he was kind enough to offer it on the house. Since we had such a long wait, I figured I would enjoy the view outside while sipping my beer. Well, silly me set my glass on a bench and it fell over. I was so embarrassed! I went in ready to pay for another one with cash, but again, great hospitality and understanding on their behalf. He offered me a new glass. I appreciated that he didn't automatically judge and hopefully he didn't think I chugged it down, haha. When our food finally arrived, we sat down inside the dining hall to enjoy it with out beers. It's nice because they give you a number to place on your table and then they bring it out to you. I wish I had stopped in again the following 2 nights, but we had pizza 2 days in a row and beers from the market (that Half Dome Peach is so good!!). We did enjoy all of our food and wished we had ordered one more item. Next time! Thank you, again Nick and the rest of the team that works there. Your hospitality does not go unnoticed. Also, I'm making an assumption on the name based on the name on the receipt. I tried looking for him after our meal to thank him once more, and he was gone or on his break.
