Highlights include a refreshing first course of watermelon sorbet with kimchi foam, a delicately cured ocean trout with caviar cream, roasted squab in cherry sauce with Korean dumplings, and a unique dessert of toasted corn ice cream dessert. I ordered the tri-tip sandwich, and the chef absolutely delivered. It may honestly be the best tri-tip I've had in Northern California. The portion was generous, the price was very reasonable, and everything tasted fresh and perfectly made.
