Well I just called (same day as my appointment) to reschedule because of personal reasons (they never asked and since it's personal I wasn't open to share unless asked) and they told me since it's within their cancellation window they will be charging me the full $185 amount for me to not get my hair done. This place wasn't even good let alone great in order to come back. Also, my hair was always well into the $300 and I do baby lights. I did toner once and $300+ for a level 1 is insane!! When I was leaving, I kept feeling my hair smack me in the back. I got home and my hair was looking like one of those bad layer cuts where your hair is overall different lengths and looks "ledgy" like a kid took scissors and just cut. I am not posting a picture of my hair because it's embarrassing. I will say the manager was very nice and gave me my money back and apologized. Per the reviews I just got the wrong stylist.
