Recently moved to the area and of course had to find a new hair dresser. Was able to easily schedule an appointment over the phone rather quickly. Went in and was seen by Victoree for a balayage. The salon itself is beautiful, everything is neatly organized and clean. Chairs are comfortable and staff is very friendly. You are offered a drink of choice when you come in and so those morning when I am in a hurry and forget to have a cup of coffee--- this place is helpful for that pick me up. The interaction between me and my stylist felt organic, she was thorough and asked clarifying questions so that we could achieve what I was looking for. Pricing is fair for the area and also based on experience level of the stylist. I've already been twice for my hair and twice for facials. Highly recommend the signature facial btw! I thought I would give it a second chance. June 2025 I went into the loft to get my hair done. It was nothing like I wanted, I wanted a lot of blonde in my hair. I was excited because I've heard good things about this and some bad but I thought I would take it up on It's good. After I reached out and let them know that my hair was nothing like I wanted the owner offered for me to go back in for her to fix it. I agreed and loved my hair when she finished! Now fast-forward to yesterday, March 5, 2026 I scheduled an appointment to go in I wanted a really thick solid money piece in the front lots of blonde with a darker tone of brown then The "money piece " is a penny piece... I am basically a brown honey blonde which is not what I wanted. My front money piece is not even at all not a solid blonde. It's almost like she did whatever she wanted or felt was right for my skin tone or hair color, which is nice but not what I asked for I spent $400!!!! I am now leaving today for my flight with my hair nothing close to what I wanted it's hard when you're there because you want to be nice but at the same time in the back of my head all I kept thinking was absolutely not this is not what I wanted. This is what the stylist wanted $400?? For something that you didn't want I don't want anyone to make this right I want my money back. This is the second time this is absolutely ridiculous. yes they're nice. Yes, it's a beautiful salon. Yes, they give you a mimosa or coffee whatever you choose, but you can't mask messing up so many times this was a complete waste of money. I work hard for my money and now I'm unhappy and feel so dumb for returning somewhere who has already done me wrong once the owner is absolutely amazing she's always training employees which is awesome, but please do what the customer wants. Not what you want. My hair is orange honey whatever you want to call it is NOT BLONDE. Everyone is too nice on here. Yeah keep the money for the haircut. Yeah keep the money for the treatment but I want my money back for the color. This is absolutely ridiculous. $400 for something that I don't want absolutely not. I went in with the expectation of seeing a level 2 stylist that I would have no issues but unfortunately I did. I got a full balayage and haircut ($232) and while there I added on the redken hair treatment for $43. I saw Monet and honestly she's very nice and does her best to make small talk. I told her that I've been blonde multiple times and I went back to brunette over a year ago and haven't had color since. I did tell her I was pretty sure that the previous stylist added red into my hair and she asked if she actually added red or if I had red undertones which I said I believe both. Fast forward, she puts the bleach on my hair and has me sit under the heat for 10ish minutes before she washes me out. After the washout she lets me know what I'm darker than she thought I would be. I said that's ok thinking it was all the same color and a lighter brunette. Like I've said, I've gone blonde so many times I know you don't get the immediate results you want, but I didn't expect to be orange having a licensed professional do it. The lighting in the salon had me questioning if it was just a really rich caramel blonde (which I was trying to convince myself of) but the more I looked at it after getting home I just had to accept the fact it was orange. I called the salon after submitting something on their website and spoke with the owner. I don't expect a full refund as my hair was cut and that was fine and I did have the hair treatment but I really don't want to have to be charged for a blonding service that didn't even make me blonde or a lighter brunette. O also am so used to tipping 20% that I don't even think through the tip screen I just select it and pay it and I shouldn't have done that here. I now am also getting it fixed elsewhere so I am paying double for one service and that's frankly bs. The owner did offer for me to come in and she would do it but I honestly do not go back to places that have messed up on my hair. Hair is something that grows back sure, but I'm not risking the same thing twice. I had ironically told Monet I had one time where I had an issue with a blonding service (when we were taking about how you can't go from black to platinum and how some people think you can) and she turned me orange and I wish she would've just told me she couldn't do it vs just doing it and then I end up with orange hair again. Also, not sure what a gloss does besides add shine because I can tell you it didn't tone a thing in my hair. Some parts are blonde (where my natural grow out was) but this definitely isn't the balayage I was expecting or wanting and it doesn't reflect what inspo pics I showed her that were actually me with blonde hair. read more

I can't say enough good things about Loft. Cayley gave an excellent consult, provided excellent color services, was able to style my challenging hair (one of two stylists who have been able to manage that) and made exceptional product recommendations. She explained why the products would work for me and what issues they would solve. The thing is, I only explained one issue I was having with styling and she solved like three others with her recommendations. They offer several lines and I felt helped and supported and not as if she was pushing product. One week after services, I'm 100% satisfied. Pricing was fair and the staff is lovely. read more

I saw Devin recently as a new customer! She was great and had a really calming presence! The rest of their team was really nice too. Devin understood what I was trying to go for, which was a no effort, versatile layered v-cut that could be 1) thrown up into a bun without any loose strands that I needed to fiddle with, 2) air dried with a bit of natural wave without looking like a frizzy pyramid and 3) straightened with a flat iron. Nailed it. Bonus points for being about 9 minutes by car from my house. I appreciated the easy parking, safe location and polished interior. I sent my daughter Amanda for a cut and balyage for her birthday and Natalie gave her extremely uneven layers, chunks missing from her hair and the color was not what she asked for or wanted. Natalie DESTROYED my daughters hair. This does not just look like a bad hair cut but one could even be led to think this was done intentionally. When my daughter initially left, the hair was curled so she could not tell the condition of her hair until she straightened it today.It is going to take my daughter years to grow out the layers and get her hair to the original condition it was. What I can say is that when my daughter called today and spoke to owner Caylen, she immediately apologized and issued a full refund. Come here and go nowhere else for hair color!! I had a nightmare experience at Ulta salon. So after making two mistakes going to Ulta to get my hair done, I decided to try this local salon for an all over color and a deep conditioning treatment. The place looks beautiful, stylish, chic and it is! Annita was the one who did my color and conditioning. The color wasnt excatly the shade I wanted, but it still turned out so beautiful and rich in deep colors!! Annita got rid of my botched ash blonde bayalage from Ulta and made a work of art! This new color is growing on me. I will definitly without a DOUBT return here for anything regarding hair color after that one appointment. I'm so grateful with what she did with my hair, I feel so much more beautiful because of Loft. I have to add that this salon is so clean and well kept. There are even emergency feminine hygeine products in the restroom in a little cubby! She also asked if Iw anted water, so i was expexting a mini bottled water or somthing, but came back with a beautiful refreshing glass of water! I felt so cared for and like a million bucks here! It's the little things that matter and make women feel cared for. You will feel that here. Annita was telling me it used to be a bakery a few years ago too! I cannot speak for the other stylists, but Katie is one of the most unprofessional stylists I have ever had. A little background on the first time: she had part of my hair near my face with stripes and unblended blonde. I asked for her to fix it and she did but told me "she did not see any stripes or unblended hair..". Fast forward to this time. I got my hair done and told her I wanted blonde but more so a natural looking blonde. She agreed. She did my hair and it turned out more so than ever, brassy. I messaged her and asked what it was I could do and she suggested purple shampoo could work. When it did not work, I messaged her again and asked if I could make my next appointment earlier than 6 weeks due to the color being NOT BLONDE. Her response was extremely unprofessional, said she AGAIN "does not see any brass" and then proceeded to go and post on her instagram story a screenshot of a post someone talking about how they can't work magic and if you aren't happy with your hair, you need to work on your confidence and self. I PAID $300 for this. I tried to make it right, and she refused. I never leave reviews but this one had to be done because it's an inexperienced, unprofessional stylist who thinks of you as just another client and does not care if you are not happy after walking out the doors. I came here for my first time on Friday. Emma did a great cut on my hair. Very clean and friendly environment. No complaints there. only downfall was the expense (my fault I booked with a higher level stylist) $60+ is just high for a haircut. I had said yes to that then quickly reconsidered called and left a message to see when a Lower cost stylist was available and never received a call back with an answer, i needed my hair cut so I opted to keep the apt- but a call back with another option would have been nice. I will definitely go back and request a less expensive stylist as I'm sure any of the girls there could do just as great of job. read more

The place is pricey and not very personal in appearance. I've paid the same price at Gene Juarez which has a very personal atmosphere & attentive personnel. I would highly recommend getting pricing BEFORE they start to work on you. And...you have to give them your credit card information to book an appointment... She listens and does what you ask, but will be honest if she thinks it wouldn't look right! She did both my daughter and my hair and she did an amazing job, everyone has been complimenting both of us asking where we got our hair done! BEST OF ALL, their prices are reasonable!!! From the time you walk in, everyone greets you, is smiling, and friendly! You are offered coffee, tea, etc. and they actually call you by your name! Friendly staff. The woman who cut my hair did a really great job with the actual cutting. My only real qualm is that she also covered me in hair leaving me very itchy, she also was in such a rush to cut the next persons hair she made me feel rushed also. There were plenty of people standing around waiting to do their one designated job but only one person cutting and only two customers besides myself in the place. Felt awkward being watched by so many staff. I like the location and decor and feel of the salon on the inside. Such a nice salon with such friendly stylists and receptionist. This salon offers a nice coffee bar and heat lamps to replace those old school, terrible dryers. I was greeted with a welcome packet that offered discounts and opportunities to earn discounts (which I'm all about!). I cannot say enough about my beautiful stylist, Valerie.
