This place is extremely racist & sexist, my husband went to get a manicure and he said None of the men would help him, they only like to work on women. They will not do his nails, all they do is stare when he arrives. said the Chinese men are were laughing & pointing. The service is horrible, they don't like black ppl but want black dollars! I've been here a few times and I'm never completely satisfied. The only reason I keep coming back is b/c it's conveniently located for me. Well next time, I'll be sure to go out of my way for a better experience. It's not the cleanest atmosphere, but the staff is friendly. I was in for a manicure(shellac) and pedicure. My pedicure was pathetic. He didn't take his time, was talking to the girl next to him the whole time and not paying attention to anything he was doing on my feet. He completely forgot to get the dead skin off of my feet and I had to ask him to go back to do so as this is at least half of the pedicure process! He was apologetic and did go back and do this for me. A lady came to my chair to prep my nails for the shellac. She was filing and cutting them down and she completely cut the side of my nail bed/skin and I started bleeding. It's been 5 days and my thumb is just now healed. My manicurist was sloppy with my shellac getting the gel on my skin which makes it easier to peel off once it's set. Overall, I was pissed when I left. These are not cheap services and I will definitely take my business elsewhere next time. read more

I will never go back here with in 5 days they was already breaking off. My fingers hurts so bad for days after I got them done. I can't tell you how many times he cut me with the file. I got shellac and I was so disappointed the nail was even missing polish. I normally don't do reviews but my nails didn't even last a whole week. I also took my mom there and it took her almost 2 hours do her nails which she got SNS. She was also saying how bad her fingers hurt where she keep cutting her. My nail tech appeared to be a beginner. She did not put cuticle lotion on the left foot and finished with a very sloppy polishing. Also, my niece had a pedicure and the man cut her toe and she was bleeding for a long time. Not happy with our visit!!!! read more

Two different friends recommended this place to me, and even though the reviews on here were not great, I decided to stop in yesterday. I wanted to get a manicure with my niece and when we walked in the door I almost turned around. The place smelled so strongly of chemicals that I knew I could not sit here for long. We waited a few minutes and then I realized that we would not be getting our manicures done at the same time, so I opted for my 12 year old niece to get hers done instead. The lady that was doing her nails was quick and did a great job, but I still can not get over the smell. I did not see prices listed anywhere, so I was surprised when my nieces manicure was only $10.70 with tax and that included a flower design on her thumbs. Good experience overall.This location offer more services like example the hot towels on my legs than what I am use to.Very satisfied with my pedicure.I do agree with the previous review that they need to take their time doing nails . If I could give this place a NEGATIVE rating I would! I recently went with a friend who had a mani/pedi with shellac done. The same guy did both her mani and pedi. This guy was VERY rough and inconsiderate while doing both. He cut multiple of my friends fingers and toes. To stop the bleeding, he put acetone on her open cuts. She pulled her hands away. He then continued the manicure like nothing was wrong and put the oil on the open cuts which burned and then lotion which burned. The whole time my friend was shaking and holding back her tears. The next day she returned to speak to a lady who seemed to be the manager. She turned out to be just as rude and inconsiderate. No refund. No "I'm Sorry, how can we make this right?". Nothing. I went in for full set it took 2 people to do my nails when she did the acrylic it was watery she just SLAPPED it on the didn't listen to anything I was telling her and then the prices are so high for no reason I had to go there cause my mail place was on vacation they want 32.50 for full set 25 for a fill-in the was lifting a week later she didn't do the steps my other nail place does so I see why they only lasted a week it was not worth my money I definitely would not recommend this place it was clean but service was horrible 0 stars if I could read more

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I got my nails done there for the very first time and I can say I am NOT going back. I had gotten a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. The lady was very very rough with both my feet and nails. They are still sore several hours after. Not only was she rough but she cut my fingers three times and they weren't just little cuts either. She didn't even ask me if I wanted my toenails cut down and she cut them ALL the way down and I was content on how they were before she cut them. One thing that I was HIGHLY upset about was they charged me $10 extra dollars because I wanted the shape coffin for my nails. That's absolutely ridiculous. I have been going to Bridgetown Nails for several years, I went there recently to have my nails done and had a horrible experience. The technician who did my nails was hurting me with the demerl and when he did my nails they had ridges and were bumpy. And after he painted them they did not look the best as they had in the past. When I complained about how my nails looked after I paid, I was told Lynn would fix them. All she did was to fix the bad filing job he did and cut my fingertips as she was trimming my cuticles. They used a razor on my heels and cut me up real bad. I got such a bad fungus infection that I went to the doctor. They believe the equipment was not properly clean. After over $500 of out of pocket expenses my feet are still not completely healed. I saw the clientele there. They clearly do not either know or care about their health.
