1. Parking is terrible and owner shows no interest in improving the situation…read more 2. Appointments clearly mean absolutely nothing to the owner. I had a 3:30 appt for gel mani and pedi. After a late start on the pedi by the owner who was doing my pedi work, she finished around 5 PM. Then the owner ordered me to sit at a mani station, where I waited 20 minutes for service. Finally I got up to look for the owner, who was doing a pedi on a different customer. I asked her what's going on. She said I had to wait for a manicurist, and it would be another 15 minutes before he was free. I do not have 3+ hours to spend on a simple mani/pedi! I left after making another mani appt for 8:45 the next morning. I arrived on time, and still had to wait and then go looking for the manicurist who I found cutting oranges in the back of the salon. "I'll be 5 minutes!" she said. Still waiting, she finally appeared. She did no cuticle work whatsoever, just polish removal and new polish. Not a satisfactory job whatsoever. 3. While this was going on, another customer arrived for 9 AM appt. Her manicurist never even arrived at the salon until 9:15. 4. The laminated services page I was handed was filthy. I tried to point that out to the owner, who ignored my comment about the crud and kept insisting I buy the most expensive service. That I did NOT do. 5. The shame of all of this is that there are actually good employees who want to do the right thing for their customers. Tony, my usual manicurist, who is wonderful, was on vacation. My mistake was expecting his level of service from other employees. 6. My daughter, who spends upwards of $200 every other week at nail salons, had a very similar experience as mine at Rio two weeks ago. It took them over 3 hours for her mani and pedi. She will never return to Rio, nor will I. I will miss Tony but I cannot reward such a poor company with my business.

My pedicure was pathetic. He didn't take his time, was talking to the girl next to him the whole time and not paying attention to anything he was doing on my feet. He completely forgot to get the dead skin off of my feet and I had to ask him to go back to do so as this is at least half of the pedicure process! He was apologetic and did go back and do this for me. A lady came to my chair to prep my nails for the shellac. She was filing and cutting them down and she completely cut the side of my nail bed/skin and I started bleeding. It's been 5 days and my thumb is just now healed. My manicurist was sloppy with my shellac getting the gel on my skin which makes it easier to peel off once it's set. Overall, I was pissed when I left. These are not cheap services and I will definitely take my business elsewhere next time.

They said there were 2 others ahead of us but that we would be up next and they got us seated in the massage chairs and soaking feet. About 35 minutes later we asked for a time update as we needed to get our kids and they told us probably another 20 min and another hour until we were out. We needed to get our kids and didn't have time set aside for 2 hours, and admittedly we didn't have an appointment so some of that is totally on us. They had no appointments for the next few days so it was pretty awkward as we put our wet shoes back on, Aaron jumped in and helped smooth it out and made an appointment for us for today. Needless to say the place was great, my nails feel super clean and my wife's look awesome!!! I watched Aaron work the room to make sure every guest felt extra special. We will definitely return!!

This is a nice, inexpensive nail salon. I only get…read morepedicures, no other services. The salon is clean, well organized and fully staffed. I enjoy my the regular pedicure. They offer a "spa" pedicure, I don't know what the difference is. I get a scrub and massage and moisturizer of my feet and legs with the regular one. I bring my own color, they have a large selection of the OPI colors. The staff is always the same. No turnover. I don't make an appointment, I just walk in and I have never had to wait over 10 minutes. They have 8 pedicure chairs. I have seen bridal parties in there enjoying their mani pedis. There is a language barrier with some of the nail techs, but I can see them improving each time I am there. I recommend this nail salon with no reservation.

We went from strangers to her being my favorite person to visit and I look forward to my appointment every 6 weeks. She is such a ray of sunshine and positivity, and I always enjoy my time at the salon. The salon is always clean and takes safety measure during Covid seriously.
