My car was towed there because of an accident. My insurance company notified me to go down and…read moreclean out the car and take my license plates. We had the email saying storage was paid for another 4 days. They wouldn't allow us to take the plates. The insurance company called me many times trying to get the car released, even though I had already told them the insurance company was picking it up. On the third attempt, the insurance company included me on the phone call. A woman Sherry answered and she was rude and she said I don't know what you're talking about multiple times. Instead of listening to what the man was saying, she just kept talking and saying I don't know what you're talking about. She was rude. This would've been a 1 star however Lenny called back and was very helpful and very apologetic and said he would mail the plates to me so I didn't have to drive two hours round-trip to get them, a second time. Lenny is a huge asset to this company. Whoever he is. Maybe he's the owner I don't know.

I informed the person who answered that the car was dead and it was frigidly cold. The person with Andrade Towing was rude, dismissive, said he was cold, (which made no sense given that I was stranded and waiting), and then hung up on me instead of providing an update. At that point, I contacted my insurance co to report the interaction and requested the tow be canceled (now going on nearly 2 hours of waiting) and reassigned to a more deserving company. Being stranded in the cold and treated disrespectfully when asking for basic information is not okay. I would not recommend this company. Good thing, Motow Auto got the reassignment and truly saved the day!

I understand the nature of the business requires them to prioritize police towing, BUT I feel the simple courtesy of a phone call to inform me of the delay would have been the minimal possible courtesy a business could extend. I'm gravely disappointed because Lynch's has a great reputation and was my closest possible vendor for automotive towing. I cannot, however, recommend them after wasting a crucial half hour of my day by failing to notify me, I regard this as CRIMINALLY unprofessional.
