She literally picked up my 64-pound dog and carried her into the exam room, and then carried her again to the treatment area. Malia looks like she weighs about 100 pounds soaking wet, so I was amazed not only by her strength, but even more by the compassion and genuine concern she showed for my dog. Dr. Koenigstein is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. You can immediately tell how much she loves animals and truly enjoys what she does. She takes the time to make sure everything is addressed and that you feel comfortable with the care your pet is receiving. The front desk staff deserves recognition as well. They are always accommodating, helpful, and kind. I am truly grateful for everyone at Bridge Veterinary Hospital. The compassion, professionalism, and level of care they provide are exceptional. Previously…read moreour pug was going to Jersey City Unleashed however the staff there was very mean and the procedures became very rigid and frustrating when the pandemic hit and we made the switch. JC Unleashed no longer exists so it's a good thing we got our pug setup at Bow Wow when we did. Getting Martin (our pug) established at Bow Wow was pretty simple. Martin goes for day care 2-3 times a week when we are working in the city and for boarding when we have long weekends away. The staff are super friendly and they really love him - he's a senior dog and usually just follows the workers around when they are in the play room or chills in the corner. He's participated in a couple of their group enrichment activities like making a mother's day frame - so cute. We are pleased with Bow Wow and will continue to utilize their services for as long as we live in Hoboken.
