Dr. McManus and his squad took care of me after some dental work I had at a previous dentist that left me some pain. The dentist I saw prior informed me I needed a root canal, and Dr. McManus was my 2nd opinion that saved me from expensive, invasive, and unnecessary dental work. The staff here is super personable and the facility is extremely clean. All the dental hygienists are great but big shout out to Adrienne and Angela for being extra awesome and also Danielle at front desk! I've also had my teeth whitened and crowns done here before my wedding. I've gotten lots of compliments on my teeth! I can confidently say that I am 110% pleased with the my results, and world class service I received as a patient here. I had a great experience at Brier Creek Dental Studio. The staff are courteous and kind. Adrienne was my dental hygienist and she really took the time to educate me on the different tools and techniques that I could use to keep my gums and teeth in good condition. Dr. Brian has state of the art technology where they can show you before and after pictures of the work they have done. Dr. Brian very meticulous in his work which I am very appreciative of. The only reason I have given them 4 out of 5 stars is because I had to wait 20-25 minutes before I was seen. I read the yelp reviews for this dentistry and am glad I gave them a try. I made an appointment with these guys almost 2 weeks ago. I was really excited to go here because it looked like a neat establishment. The prices seemed fair too. But today, I called about an hour ahead of my appointment to reschedule. (I know that's a bit last minute.) But I just needed a couple hours because of an urgent work matter I couldn't ignore. When someone answered, they told me "our policy is no rescheduling for new clients." I questioned her and asked if she was serious. (Never heard of ANY medical practice of any sort having a policy that ridiculous!) She replied, "Yeah sorry." So I said okay!, and hung up. I would be wary of an establishment unwilling to work with new clients in such a manner. Things come up and it would seem to me, working with clients and keeping them, would be much smarter than essentially telling them "tough cookies since you're new." That to me signals they are only interested in money and being paid, rather than putting the client first. It's a real shame too. They coulda had close to $1,000 bucks in their pocket too with the estimate I received from them two weeks ago over the phone. read more

Since moving to Raleigh, I've tried a few dentists, and did not like any of them. After reading the awesome reviews for Dr. Brian, I decided to call for an appointment. After being told there was a waiting list, I thought- this guy must be impressive. Dr. Brian and the staff are friendly and professional. My appointments are always on time. Dr. Brian and his staff go the extra mile and explain everything so that I feel at ease and I can make informed decisions about my treatment. Best of all, pricing is upfront and reasonable! In 2010, I went to another well known dentist in Raleigh to fix a chipped tooth. Not more than 1 week after that dentist fixed my tooth, it was broken again. Shortly after the repair, it broke again. After the second break, the dentist said I needed to chuck out $1k for a veneer. I walked around with a chipped tooth for years, until Dr. Brian fixed it in 15 minutes for less than a tank of gas (with my insurance) and it's been going strong ever since. You cannot even tell my tooth was ever chipped. Adrienne is my dental hygienist and she is so thorough with every cleaning. I'm completely satisfied with my service, and can tell you, it is well worth the wait! read more

My cleaning was not what I have become accustom. Overall just ok. Some difficulties with the x-rays, clear communications and polishing. My teeth feel rough and not the smooth feeling after a cleaning. My interaction with Dr. McManus was fine, the staff friendly and helpful, and the facility clean and comfortable. I appreciate that the level of shouting back and forth between work cubicles has been eliminated/reduced. read more

I came here after recommendations from friends and was pleased with my first visit. I had a pretty terrible dental experience last time I went 6 months ago to a different practice. I wanted a second opinion because I did not think that the other practice's assessment was correct (I wrote a Yelp review for them as well if you would like the whole story). Today, I had a really wonderful cleaning with Adrienne and a nice visit with Dr. McManus. The assuaged my fears and were thorough in the explanations of everything. This place is the S***! Literally, if you need a new dentist, you need to go here! Long story short, my last dentist was terrible, and I have had a slight fear of them ever since. I found this place because an ad was placed in my mailbox advertising some new services. Since I live so close to Brier Creek I decided to check it out. I went in for a routine teeth cleaning, and also a consultation. The dental hygienist was awesome, and the teeth cleaning went great. I ended up having to go back two days later for some major dental work, and Dr. Brian and his staff really took care of me. When I walked in I was given a fuzzy blanket because it was chilly in there, and headphones and remote so I could watch TV while they worked. I had to be there for 3 1/2 hours and they did their best to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Brian was friendly and informative. He told me everything he was doing as he was doing it so I knew what was going on. The work went great and I left feeling sore, but satisfied and happy. I will be back for any and all of my dental needs. I suggest you do the same. read more

You did good. Two visits: The first an emergency after an old gold crown detached itself. Two hours later a filling was filled and it was back in place. Very quick thinking and action. Hands down the best dentist I've ever gone to! I absolutely LOVED Adrienne and Dr. Brian. Not only do they remember you and greet you by name (which is impressive as I'm certain they have tons of patients), they are always so friendly and aim to make you as comfortable as possible while you're there. I'd say that's also a feat since having people working on your teeth isn't always comfortable :). Adrienne does such a fabulous job cleaning teeth. She is gentle and thorough, which is appreciated. She also educates you on your teeth/methods to use when brushing so that you're accommodating your own specific needs. Dr. Brian does this, as well. Every time I leave, I can't get over how clean and fresh my teeth feel! The front staff is also super friendly and easy to work with. They're always willing to answer any questions that you have, too. The overall office is clean and modern. They have pretty stone walls with built in TVs and low lighting so that you feel relaxed. It's very spa-like. Unfortunately, due to changes with insurance, I can no longer come here since the visits will not be fully insured. I seriously never thought having to change a dentist would depress me as much as this does. I am so, so, SO upset that I can no longer come to Adrienne and Dr. B. :( :( Should they change their insurances in the future, I will definitely be back! read more

I've been to Dental Studio only a short amount of time, but so far I am very impressed! The staff is amazingly courteous, and so is Dr. McManus. My dental cleaning was excellent, and the cavity repair today was incredibly smooth. I was in and out of the office in under 40 minutes, and the anesthetic was so localized that I practically felt 100% by the time i paid my bill. I am so happy to have finally found a dentist in this area that I love! read more

I adore the staff at Brier Creek Dental Studio. I have been a patient since early 2011 when I first purchased a Groupon (err...Living Social??). Dr. Brian has done a wonderful job selecting a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. As for Dr. Brian, he is a magician! I went to him with a hole between two of my front teeth (old filling had fallen out) and he patched it up as good as new. No one can tell there was ever a problem there. He has done two crowns for me and I find his work excellent and his pricing reasonable. Give this dental studio a try! You won't be sorry. read more
