I don't wear them this day and I finally got me a new pair from the dentist close to me right out here at Flowers plantation they fit perfect the first time and I've had no trouble with These cost me $816 the one from the other denture this place cost me $1116. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

I do not recommend this dentist. My experience was very distasteful and unsatisfying. The dentist…read morethat was extracting my tooth, was very rude to me and told me not to ever return. He initiated me to raise my left hand if i felt pain, after being poked 6/7 times i felt air in my tooth causing me to jump and raise my hand and he proceeded to tell me not to come back and stopped in the middle of the procedure. His attitude was very aggressive and I will never return here again. Worst experience ever. I'm still in shocked. He could have handle it very differently. Not to mention, i sat in there for 45 minutes before being seen , when i had to ask them what was taking so long, the lady said she forgot to check me in after i paid my co pay. I arrived at my appointment on time and was told that i would be seen first. 7 people went before me . As i still was in pain with my tooth. 6 days before my birthday.

Highly recommend! Dr. Pope is amazing. My daughter has tremendous anxiety over dental work and…read morethey were so gentle and accommodating . Beth Ann did my cleaning and was just a dream! They file insurance too! And the pricing much less than the dentist I was going too.

I went to the Wainright & Wassel dental office on May 8, 2024 in hopes of having tooth 31…read morerecemented and tooth 5 evaluated for a crown. Three years ago Dr. Mark Wainright had recemented tooth 31 and in 2019 remade a crown for tooth 4.  Since I had had problems with both these teeth, I asked if I could have a price break for the upcoming work. I had done a Google search on crowns and was told they should last 3-5 years.  The crown on tooth 4 was a total waste of my money since it did not close the gap between my 3 & 4 teeth as I was told it would do.  Therefore I believed I had a legitimate cause to ask for a price break. I was seeing Dr. Matthew Wassel since Dr. Wainright had a long wait schedule. Instead of being willing to do my work, I was told that not only could they not recement tooth 31, but that I would also need a whole new crown due to some problem that did not make any sense to me.  The crown on 31 did not have a problem before and it was recemented.  I thought this was absurd and told them so.   For tooth 5, I was told I needed to have an X-ray.  When I said they had just done X-rays five months ago, I was then told they would need  pictures.  I disagreed with both and PLAINLY stated I was not paying for either.  I was then told they would need pictures and I agreed with the stipulation that it would be FREE!  I saw no need for pictures for the evaluation.  I had a mirror if I wanted to see the tooth and pictures were of no use to the dental office for evaluation purposes. I was then told they could place tooth 31, but with only temporary cement.  I told them this idea was insane.   Why would I want the tooth cemented on temporarily to then have to go to another dentist office and have them remove the crown to do it permanently? I left the office and went to see Dr. Christopher Powell later the same day, May 8, 2024 and he recemented the tooth permanently with no questions. There is probably the question as to why I did not complain about the crown on tooth 4 back when it happened?  Tooth 4 is a dental implant.  Doing more work on it could create even more problems.  I was trying to bend over backwards to be a "Nice Guy" in hopes I could stay in good relations with the dentist. My complaints to the dental board are: 1. Dr. Wainright told me he could close the gap between teeth 3 & 4 with a new crown and it did not. 2. Dr. Wassel refused to hear me, billing me for photos that were totally useless. 3. Dr. Wassel refused to hear my issues and instead tried to cover it up by stating that tooth 31 had a problem and needed to be remade. 4.  Dr. Wassel refused to hear my issues, refused to consider my complaints and instead penalized me with two behavior management charges.

I came to Dr. Steven to assist my mom with her need. We had a good experience. There was an initial…read moreconsultation which was time to fill out new patient paperwork, figure out what insurance covered (although my mom did mention a couple follow up calls to clarify), meeting the doctor and a quick glance to see the issue. Oral surgery was scheduled for only a couple weeks out. There was a need to reschedule a couple times due to COVID, which was appreciated rather than being an inconvenience. The day of oral surgery, during the time of COVID, quarantine, stay at home and all that, the office staff took all the safety measures to make for a safe as possible visit. I was not allowed in as a driver, again appreciated rather than annoyed. The staff came right out to welcome my mom and assist her back out after the procedure. My only very minor issue was that I wasn't quite clear on when she was done. I got a little nervous like was I supposed to go in to get her or would they bring her out - but they did bring her out and it didn't take long; just a quick "hey we will bring her out" might have helped. Then again I could have asked so, not totally their fault. I'm very pleased with this practice.

Office staff at this office is terrible, rude and absolutely unwilling to work with patients. (I've had my ID stolen twice...I don't trust some office flunky with my personal info when it isn't really needed). Receptionist flat out said they would not do any verifying with my insurance without my SSN. Find yourself another oral surgeons office!!!
