I forwarded my email to Groupon and *then* they messaged back saying they didn't respond since I said I'd contact them. It's a good deal and worth it WHEN they come. If you have the time and want to deal with a lot of frustration and maybe eventually get your house cleaned, they will do a good job, but I don't know if the price is worth the frustration to me. This isn't a way to conduct business in my opinion.

She didn't, so I called at 4:30 p.m. and left a message as no one answered. Oct. 4: No one returned my call in the morning, so I called them at 8:45 a.m. to check the status on my no-show and no-return call the prior day and the lady said she was busy. She apologized and we rescheduled our appointment for 3 p.m. Oct. 9. Oct. 9: Again, I took the afternoon from work to be open the door for my 3 p.m. appointment. Again, no show. I called at 3:42 p.m. and left a message. No return call. Oct. 10: No one returned my call that morning, so I called and left a message (again) at 9:15 am. Again, no return call. Oct. 20: They have YET to return my call. My frustration lies in that fact the first time they didn't show, I wanted my home to be cleaned before an event that I was hosting. I gave the vendor an opportunity to rectify the matter by rescheduling -- and again they didn't show. It's unacceptable that I took time off from work TWICE to make myself available to be home. I want to warn any potential customers to go elsewhere. If they can't be trusted to provide a service or have the basic competency to return a call, I wouldn't trust them in my home.

They are pretty unreliable and even after repeated requests to give me a 2-3 day heads up before they came through the years, they would continue to send me confirmations the evening before an 8am call time. I let it go and continued to use them after so many years because I genuinely liked Rosa and her team, and thought they did a good job 90% of the time. It became super inconvenient since I started to work from home over COVID-19. Rosa became SUPER unresponsive to texts. Before she would at least answer me a couple days after I texted her to schedule, now, after COVID-19, she only responds a month later for an appointment for the next morning. I don't understand how anyone can schedule with her consistently because of these communication issues. I tried addressing it with her multiple times and even said if you just schedule me every month on the same day, that would even work better so I can know when they are coming ahead of time. She responded right away after this last message and said she would look at her schedule the next day and work on the communication issue. She hasn't followed up with her schedule and it has been several months now. So needless to say, she lost a monthly customer. I also referred a few friends to her and embarrassingly, she no showed on them! Not worth the time, stress, or hassle in trying to get her to come.

Also Rosa just has a great, comfortable 'vibe', her daughters are adorable and all 3 did an IMPECCABLE job. In fact, they even vacuumed completely under the bed. I did not expect that as its a large bed and no other cleaner has done that (nor did I ask). Rosa says that she enjoys cleaning- I believe this to be true. She obviously takes great pride in her work and is most pleasant to be around. They also did that fancy thing with folding the toilet paper like they do in upscale hotels (it was a nice touch!), not to mention she showed up exactly on time. I'm not a real stickler for that but definitely took notice. Rosa and her girls get my highest possible recommendation. And honestly I'm relieved because I tried 4 other cleaners from this site, 3 of which left much to be desired (i had to finish the cleaning) and the 4th did a very good job but then blew off our second appointment. They also did a good job on cleaning the baseboards. The rest of their heavy service appeared light to me. The one thing that bothered me the most was the lack of customer service. As they departed, one of the crewmembers stated they were finished and hastily proceeded to walk out the door. There was no opportunity to walk through the house with them to ensure their service met my expectations. They did not ask if I was satisfied with their service, and they did not thank me for my business. They did not care if I had any issues or needed them to re-clean something. It was just--"we're finished!" After I conducted my own walkthrough, I decided after this first attempt, I was finished with them as a prospective regular service-provider. I'll be seeking someone else who cares as much about my home's cleanliness as I do.
