I needed dental work and, as required, they had to get preauthorization from my health care provider. Unfortunately, the process was a nightmare. The dental office kept submitting requests, but apparently they weren't providing all the information my insurance needed. My health provider kept asking for more details, and Bright Dental Smiles just didn't seem able to get it right. This back-and-forth went on for over two months! Every time I called, I got vague answers and no real progress. Eventually, I just gave up out of frustration. If you're looking for an office that can efficiently handle insurance and preauthorization, I'd recommend going elsewhere. I wasted a lot of time and still didn't get the care I needed. read more

Dr. Jaspreet and her staff are so friendly, caring, and professional! My first and subsequent visits with them were awesome. At my first visit, I had a dental cleaning and Dr. Jaspreet does her assessment of your teeth and makes a plan for you. Based on my assessment, she found that I had 3 wisdom teeth (on the x-rays performed that same day) and a tiny cavity that she was able to fill on a separate visit. My previous dentist never took x-rays of my teeth when I complained about a toothache and said I didn't have any wisdom teeth. I loved that Dr. Jaspreet was honest and provided her recommendations. Her staff also have great bedside manners. I was concerned about my tooth gap that was made by my orthodontist so I could get a tooth implant where my missing tooth was supposed to be. My previous dentist suggested that I get a tooth implant or a Maryland bridge. I went to two endodontists who said that they were unable to do a tooth implant or bridge due the size being too small for an implant. Her dental hygienist suggested Invisalign to close the tooth gap, instead of an implant (too expensive) and a Maryland bridge, which destroys your natural teeth and brought it up to Dr. Jaspreet. I really appreciate that they listen to their patients and consider their preferences versus other dentists who are greedy and don't take patients' considerations/preferences when performing treatments. I actually look forward to going to the dentist because of Dr. Jaspreet and her friendly staff. I have gotten dental cleanings, a cavity filling (no pain!), teeth whitening, and will be soon starting my Invisalign treatment. Thanks Bright Dental Smiles for caring about my teeth! read more

This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I was in there for a military LHI appointment and the check up was very thorough and they were very reassuring and accommodating. She found a cavity that I wasn't aware of after visiting my regular dentist, a few months prior, and was able to show me before and after with a small pen-sized camera. First time out of the house in six months (literally, I haven't even been to the grocery store)--and Dr. Bajaj made it painless. Well, as painless as going to the dentist for an infection can be, I guess. But seriously, she managed to squeeze me in the day I called, and despite that I never felt rushed. She and her staff were extremely professional--all Covid precautions were followed exactly, and everyone was so kind. Being new to the area (moved here seven months ago), I did not have a go-to dentist and relied on yelp to help me find one. Absolutely one of the best dentist EVER!!!. She is kind and gentle with adults and children alike. Her office is very accommodating to ones schedule. Her staff is also very knowledgeable ie. front staff can help with any insurance questions you may have. They make you feel so welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Dr. Bajaj is amazing! I had been seeing another dentist for years and thought I was doing well with my dental care, boy was I shocked to find out I had other cavities than the one that I had initially come into BDS. Dr. Bajaj and her team were so comforting when I got upset knowing I had to get 6 cavities filled instead of the one bad one I came in for. I was in the chair for 3 hours! The team allowed me to take breaks to rest my jaw and give me more numbing if it was needed. Once done I was informed that I could schedule another appointment for my cleaning since they weren't able to do it then. At my cleaning appointment I was met by the same kind and courteous team. The cleaning went quickly and painlessly. I was also thoroughly impressed that Dr. Bajaj did all of the work herself, many dental offices I went to I was with the hygienist the whole time and saw the dentist for maybe 10 minutes. This was a breath of fresh air and the best dental visits I have every had! Bright Dental Smiles will now be my family's office forever. read more

100% true story: - Moved to new town, walk in for first time appointment, sit down and wait - Lady #1: "You must be XXXXXX" - Me: "Yup that is me" - I walk up to counter and start filling info on sheet - Lady #2: "You look soo tired, are you tired? Did you work today?" - Me, not wanting to make conversations: "Yes" - Lady #2: "Haha yes you look tired" - Lady #1, looks deeply at my face: "Hahaha yes that's true you look so tired" - Me, confused: "That's not a very nice thing to say twice, but ok" - I sit down and finish paperwork, 10 minutes later get called in two chairs - It's the same two ladies from before, yikes - Lady #1: "So how are you today?" - Me: "Tired" - Lady #1: "Oh ahahah I did not mean to offend you with that" - Lady #2 comes in from behind as I'm sitting in chair and gives me a hug (why???? why hug me?? that's so weirdd) "Hahah yes it's my fault" - Me, startled from hug out of nowhere: "Woa please don't touch me" - Awkward silence. Seriously why would you hug a new patient?? - Lady #1: "We are going to do x-rays today because your insurance covers it every 3 years.." - Me: "Nonono I had them done last year" - Lady #1: "No we are doing 18 images today it's covered" - Me: "No, I had them done last year please you can contact my old dentist". We had a bit and back and forth with this until I just decided to walk out. Honestly I was kinda ok with the rudeness and weird hug but did not like being pushed services that I know wouldn't be covered by my insurance.. Guess I gotta find another dentist read more

Originally I was forced to come here by LHI for Military purposes but after looking at the high reviews I thought perhaps (if they accepted my insurance) I would make this place my primary for dental services. After walking through the door I knew this was the place I had to be! Small foyer but clean and the front desk lady (I'll get her name next time) was so friendly and helpful. I'm not sure if anyone here has ever been scheduled for a military appointment but they only pay for the bare minimum so luckily they were in network with my insurance and the dentist was able to fit in some additional work even though that wasn't originally on the plan. The tools that they use are very modern, idk about you by I've never seen a tiny camera the size of a pen take clear pictures of the cavities in my teeth (yeah I have a thing for laffy taffys and milk duds) anywho she clearly explained every detail. It's one thing to say some has cavities but to see them as up close and personal as I did was really an eye opener. I appreciate when people let me know was going on. She even explained the little codes they have so I wasn't left in the dark. I feel confident that my future appointments will go just as well read more

This is our first family visit at Bright Dental Smiles and were VERY impressed! Especially for our 3 year old son who had first visit to a dentist and we were really worried if he like dental checkup and cleaning, but after we went there Dr Jaspreet Bajaj performed his cleaning and oral check-up so comfortable, he came out smiling. For me and my wife Dr Jaspreet took X-ray pictures and explained us everything what we needed and why. Dr Jaspreet is friendly, professional and explains everything thoroughly and rest of her staff are great at what they do especially Erika. The office itself is super clean and modern. Over the past several years, I tried my luck at many dentists but no one was satisfactory. Dr. Jaspreet on the other hand has always gone beyond my expectation. I was once told that my broken tooth can't be fixed and I needed an extraction. She not only cured it bit also saved me from various costs and pain. She is brilliant! Also, her staff is amazing. I call them the team of Fantastic Four women. The way Dr. Jaspreet attend to each patient is amazing. It shows her hard work and the love for her profession. I've always been thankful how she gives my comfort and schedule an importance. I or any of my friends have never had any complaints whatsoever! Besides over 20 visits. They are very particular about cleanliness and neatness which is v important. I was going to this office for regular cleanings and whatnot. The Hygienist was the only friendly person I encountered. The receptionist was cold and rude. The Dentist acted as though I was bothering her with my appointments, and she was always in a hurry. The cleanings took merely minutes and were not thorough. I had to have a crown done. She did the root canal and put a temporary crown in...that fell out the next day...she said that it shouldn't have fallen out and I had to wait a WEEK to get it put back in. Needless to say, I was in pain. Then it fell out AGAIN. All before I got the permanent crown. You'll never guess what happened after that...my permanent crown has fallen out 3 times, but I can't hold her responsible for poor work because she suddenly stopped taking my insurance...! Now I'm at a new Dentist who explained to me that none of it was done properly, and I basically have to start over. I do not recommend this facility. read more
