This is a must stop at coffee shop, welcoming & nice people, and hands down the best coffee I have had in Mississippi! I have tried many combinations of flavors and have enjoyed them all! The house brown sugar syrup is a must try! They also sell cold brew growlers, hats, shirts, mugs& travel cups. Over here in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. I decided to try out a local coffee shop, so I stopped by Bright Eyed Brew Co. It's a small coffee shop with just a few places to sit both inside or outside. The menu is decent for a coffee shop and the coffee beans taste well. There was only 1 barista and he was busy, but still friendly, welcoming and he knew how to make his drinks well and fast! Parking is on the street and for the most part free. I had the Large Maciatto hot with whole milk. They do have other types. Be prepared for a short wait until you get to order, but after that...sip and enjoy! read more

Bright Eyed Brew exemplifies what is so special about Ocean Springs: friendly people (in this case a personable, likable couple) who are very competent at their jobs and sincerely interested in customer satisfaction. For the 3 days we were staying at a nearby Airbnb I stopped in each day for a cappuccino; by the second day they knew what I wanted; by the third day it was being made as I walked in the door. I might add that it was as good or better than any I had enjoyed in some fairly extensive traveling. I suspect Ocean Springs is one of those places you either you get or you don't. If you do, a coffee from Bright Eyed will confirm what you already know and feel; but if you're still uncertain, go get a beverage from Bright Eyed; it might just be your tipping point. read more

I LOVE this cute little coffee shop. I make a stop here every time I visit Ocean Springs. They have a small menu with their specialty drinks, all of which are crafted with their house-made syrups. I could tell by the long line out the door, that local people must've known the superior quality of the coffee and coffee drinks that were being made in the small shop. My assumption proved correct! They have delicious signature simple syrups, and they make the best cappuccino that I had during my five weeks in Mississippi. I'm Italian and that is saying something! This is a gem in Ocean Springs, we were visiting for 3 nights and I went here three times. Excellent cortada, strong coffee, great froth and not too milky, it was perfect.
