Ignoring a known allergy is dangerous and negligent. ​ At the end of my visit, I requested a standard 'After Visit' paper with written directions for my medical care. I was told 'that's not how they do things.' Refusing to provide a patient with written instructions for their health--especially while dealing with infections and medications--is completely unprofessional. ​ Furthermore, they do not validate parking. It is sad that nearby coffee shops and sushi restaurants offer validation, yet a medical facility receiving referrals refuses to cover the cost for its patients. ​I will not be returning.
