Amazing!!! If I could give Dr.Brucker 10 stars I would!! From the first consultation all the way through my preop appointments and then my surgery and post op, everything was stellar. Dr Brucker is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and kind, all with a great bedside manner. I never felt rushed and he really takes the time to explain everything and listens to your concerns. His aesthetic ability is top notch. I needed a breast revision due to capsular contracture, animation deformity, and bilateral ruptured implants. My previous surgeon had retired, so I had to start from scratch and find a new surgeon. Due to the age of the implant, it failed, and I had to have it removed and replaced. Dr. Brucker took the time to see how my body had changed. We discussed the intended goals and were able to create an excellent outcome. I had my breast reduced by about 100 ccs, and any scar tissue was removed to create a more natural look. I would not recommend coming to Dr. Brucker for a breast augmentation. I cannot speak on his work elsewhere. After thinking long & hard about it if I were to leave a review or not, I decided I'd like others to have a fair decision on whether or not to get their procedures done here after hearing about my own repercussions. I had a simple under the muscle breast augmentation in October of 2022. I am 5'10, athletic, 170lbs, and started with a 34B. I wanted 34/36 DD's. I got silicone 575 CC's implants, under the muscle, incisions below the breasts. I have healed fully from it, and now have many complaints, and plan to have a revision elsewhere. At first glance, they look fine, but they're not the size I wanted, they don't perform well, they are far apart, fall to my armpits when lying, have a thick scar on one side. and have nerve damage in one side. When going back & forth on deciding what size implants I wanted, Dr B said nothing over 575CC's would fit. I saw photos of someone with similar stature online, who got 575CC's and appeared to be close to the size I wanted, so I asked for him to try and fit that size, although he was hesitant. He said if in surgery, they didn't fit, he would go down a size. I agreed. Having told Dr B I am athletic and lift weights regularly, and did not want any changes to performance, he still encouraged me to go under the muscle. This was not a good idea, as I experience pain & (very unsightly) implant repositioning when using my pecs in any manner. Originally it appeared to be "Double Bubble Deformity" but has healed and now is more obviously what surgeons call "Animation Deformity" where the muscle "window shades" up when the pec is flexed. It's painful and ugly, and can cause the implant to permanently move positions. Think dropping down below, or in the armpits. Ugh. This may be due to the surgeon releasing too much of the pec when creating the pocket for the implant. This surgical error aside, the bedside manner of Dr B and staff (one in particular) seemed friendly enough at first, but quickly diluted. Dr. B seemed rushed & absent-minded in most of our pre-op and post-op meetings. During our post-op meeting I asked him why I was experiencing what looked to be a "double bubble deformity" on one side, and he passively said "Well because of the implant size you chose." That was the one explanation I've gotten on this deformity, outside of it hopefully going away with time. Yikes. I'll be planning a costly revision early 2024. Nurse Jenn was friendly enough at first, but became unprofessional and off-putting. I apparently am friends with someone she knows and does not get along with, so she chose to treat me & my partner lesser than in all of my appointments before, during, & after surgery. She would roll her eyes, scoff, and ask condescending questions. Upon waking from my surgery, she was leaning over me, scowling, asking if the smell in the room was me. (It was my self tan that heated up during surgery) I made a joke about it, feeling very uneasy and unsure as I was coming out of anesthesia, which was left ignored. What a way to wake up from your first surgery ever! When she and another nurse rolled me in a wheelchair out to my partner waiting outside, he wanted to get a video, and she had a scowl across her face and was very short with us both, making him uncomfortable, forfeiting capturing the moment that should have been a light & happy occasion. I've been told she has had reviews like this before, to no correction, and have heard elsewhere that this is a reputation the office is becoming known for in town. I raised concerns about this behavior afterwards to a staff member, which was left dismissed by Dr B. I believe Dr. Brucker is a nice man with experience, but is rushing through appointments & surgeries haphazardly, and is not making corrections on Nurse Jenn's poor behavior. I also believe Dr. B adamantly recommended a certain modest size implant, and an under the muscle surgery, due to where he knows his talents lie, which is why going slightly larger (575CC) had an unfortunate outcome, potentially just lack of skill in that size range. Now because of these mistakes, I have had almost a year of issues, and have to invest time, energy, pain, & money into another surgery that hopefully corrects these things. This has been quite emotional & a bit traumatizing being my first cosmetic surgery ever. I hope Dr. B can work on bettering his expertise, correct his staff, and learns to refer clients elsewhere for procedures he's not confident in. read more

Breast augmentation more than 10 years ago. First of all, I am Chinese female. Normally, we have a mosquito bite size breasts and pancake butt. I have a round butt and was a size 34 b/c. After the surgery, people are always puzzled by my breasts-its 34 d/dd ( weight gain- use to be 34 d.) they wonder if they are real but after seeing my natural butt and my height, the conclusion is they are real. After touching them, they believe they are real. Its very soft, and they bounce! After childbirth, some sagging and now- they are very real!!! Well today, the real test came. After a date with a doctor, he asked me the same question. After fondling them- he said yep, they are definitely real!! (Lol!!) Dr Brucker did a fabulous job. Its more than surgery, but fine art!! The scars are invisible under the arms and any possible scarring are blended with the crease!! The placement was perfect, even after childbirth and 2 years of breastfeeding. The nipples are straight ahead (well, a little down ward after breastfeeding). Of course in the beginning, the girls where high up but thats normal. I had to separate them a bit and push them down from my throat but once they settled- they were better than any Rembrandt painting. Three weeks after the surgery, I was canoeing at.. well I cant remember where, but no problem with recovery. His staff are also great people. They were very sensitive and considerate with any discomfort etc. great bedside manners, the whole works. I will not hesitate to redo the girls with Brucker. I had a lip reduction after having silicone injections. Prior to surgery, I felt very self conscious and held back by a mistake I'd made over a decade ago. Couple of my friends referred me to Dr. Brucker for Breast Augmentation. My other friend used to work for him and she mentioned that he's a great doctor, which is true. I came in to my consultation and the office was really nice. His staff were really great and friendly. When he came in the room, he doesn't start picking up the implants sample or gown to wear but he starts talking to you first on what you wanted done and explains everything in his knowledge. He lets me ask questions and concerns regarding breast augmentation. He lets my husband be part of the conversation as to what is good for me and what to expect after surgery. Unlike some other doctors, they would tell me to pretend that my hubby is not there and ask me what size or how big do i really want. Anyway, Dr brucker took us to the other room where he's got the 3D Imaging where you can manipulate your 3D self and try different CC's. I thought this part was really cool. I can see myself with 350cc, 400cc, and so on. I have 5 doctors to see for consultation. Dr. Brucker was my 2nd one on the list and I dont think i have to look any further. Dr Brucker is great. I had two breast reduction surgeries done by Dr. Brucker. First one was done in 2004 and was a great experience with excellent result. So I went back for second reduction in 2018. His nurse was rude and I asked him to not bring her to the surgery room. Despite of the promise to not allow that nurse in my operating room, Dr. Brucker brought her to the surgery room after I was put in sleep. The result of the reduction was not even close to what we discussed and the lift of the breasts was not even performed. The surgery left me with very large scars that he promised he will fix. Liposuction of my abdomen didn't change anything other than causing pain and swelling. Minimum amount of fat tissues was suctioned with no significant result. Due to lack of trust I decided to not go back and found another surgeon to perform the third surgery with a great result and less cost. I feel Dr. Brucker failed to listen to what I was asking for and implemented what he believed was appropriate for my body and size. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. read more

I met with five different surgeons before deciding to go with Dr. Brucker. I was obviously looking for a few key things and found them here. My implants ruptured and I needed to get them replaced (along with a lift). I also decided to take care of my hooded eyelids, which I've disliked for years. I had a tough time finding a doctor skilled at both. I also wanted an in-house surgical center (costs less) and a doctor that was on the same page with my wishes. I felt so strongly that I was going to get the results I desired, and I did. I'm so happy! I can't say enough good things about his staff. I personally feel that the people at the front (Alexandra and Giselle) are so important to a business. They do a wonderful job and really take care of the patients. Dr. Bruker's nurse, Jen, is incredible and Trish is awesome as well! There are important people in the back that don't get recognized, but deserve to since they assist with surgery and make it all possible. I don't even know where to begin about this place. Dr. Brucker, the girls in his front office, and everyone I met there were AMAZING. They didn't seem fake, stuck up or judgmental at all. Wonderful telephone and in-person demeanor and just so sweet. Dr. Brucker was HIGHLY recommended to me by other doctors and patients in the area. As soon as our consult started I knew he would be the doctor for me. He was so knowledgeable, answered all of my questions immediately, and provided me information I didn't even know to ask. His machinery is top of the line and he will be open and honest with you. So professional. I booked my appointment with him the same day of my consult, for only a week later. My recovery was FANTASTIC. I am also unable (and unwilling) to take narcotics for pain management and he provided me an alternative option that left me in virtually zero pain. I couldn't believe how quick and easy everything went for me. My follow up appointments were quick. I was always seen right away. Within a month of my surgery I already felt brand new. Now eight months later, you literally can't even tell I had work done. People don't even realize I had surgery and that is exactly what I was going for. I got my confidence back after nursing kids and having rapid weight loss a year ago, and my clothes fit like a glove again.
