You can get in and out pretty quickly and the staff here is extremely fast and helpful. Plus, if your insurance doesn't fully cover your procedure, it is much less to cover than in hospital test costs. I am always impressed with how fast my appointment is whenever I have come here. Nice bonus having Jarosch Bakery next door too, as you can grab coffee and a pastry after your test.

Bad part is my husband needed to be drugged prior to service, so we drugged him for no reason. and now we have to start all over with registation and request new script for Ativan. Drove 50 miles to be rejected at the door. I just called to speak with scheduling manager and got the run around. They said no manager is available to take my call. No problem - We are not coming back.

I got the impression they did not want to speak to me, only text. I asked for the price of a self pay knee MRI and they told me $375 with no contrast and offered no other information. My doctor ordered the MRI and I was lucky enough to get an appointment for the next day which was great. However, my doctor's office sent it through my insurance for approval. The facility charged $1926 to my insurance and with the discount my portion is $525. I called to ask if I could just pay the self pay amount and I was told I needed to pay that at the time of the appointment. Once insurance is involved they get an outside company and I have to pay the significantly higher amount. The person who texted me with the price information should have told me that and I would have just paid upfront and not gotten insurance involved. Also, the day of my appointment there were several young women working at the front desk who seemed a lot more interested in chatting than helping patients. A couple acted annoyed by having to help patients. After my MRI I told them I needed a disc. I sat for 15 minutes waiting for my disc. I finally asked about it and it was done and sitting in the machine waiting. The woman who actually did the MRI was friendly and explained everything which was great.

The day before the appointment the radiology tech called to cancel my appointment because they don't do the tests on the orders from the doctor. I'm unsure why the appointment was even made given they reviewed the order at the time I made the appointment. It made things very tough because I had a date for surgery and surgeon needed to review the images to make a plan.

They didn't seem to realize the people in the waiting room could hear their casual conversation. They also don't seem to know basic manners in terms of addressing patients using formal titles and last names, just assuming an informal first name use, and raising their voices to talk to anyone middle aged or older as if assuming dementia. I understand that it's hard to keep staff on hand, and no one has time to train front-end workers in civility and proper manners, the quality of the screening is what is truly important.

Rarely does a Doctor answer their own phone or take the time to clearly and patiently explain technology and procedures. Friendly, as well. Wish all doctors were like Dr. E rather than rock stars. If he had an MRI machine, I would not need to look further.

After a bad experience with…read morean extremely painful mammogram at another facility 2 years ago, I came in expecting that I will be in severe pain during the procedure and stressed about it all night. It took me several months to even schedule the appointment, because I was still traumatized. The technician was very friendly and explained the procedure. I told her that my first experience was a really bad one, but she reassured me that it will be fine. They have a newer 3D machine that doesn't have to be clamped down super hard. I held my breath for the first clamp, preparing for severe pain, and was so surprised and relieved when it was just discomfort. After my mammogram, the radiologist reviewed the images and I had an ultrasound. Again, great sonographer who explained the procedure and took thorough pictures of the entire breast plus lymph nodes. I am very happy with my experience today. Wait time was minimal, everyone was welcoming and professional. Scheduling was a little tricky and my appointment was postponed, but once I came in at my scheduled time, I was done in a little over an hour. Highly recommend this facility, especially if you have extremely dense tissue and have suffered through excruciating mammograms elsewhere.
