The they get all the clients in one room with a TV that's not working and they're all just staring at nothing. They said they had an activity Director, but we never saw him. The place continually went downhill. My dad had a nice clothes, all brand new clothes and furniture and whenever we went there, he wasn't wearing his clothes. They disappeared, even though we had his name on everything his expensive shoes disappeared. It just was not run. Well there was a man that hit him in the eye with a cane. Several incidents happen so they don't supervise very well. The people there the caretakers probably do the best they can, but there's just not enough to make it safe. I would never put my relative here if you want my honest opinion it's not worth saving the money.

They made it extra special at lunch time by bringing the cake out with candles and the staff came out to sing Happy Birthday to her. It was like a big party and I know my mom really appreciated it and so did I. They provide great care and the people there really care about the residents. It's not just a job for them, it's family.

They have her her favorite snacks made sure she was comfortable at all times. The did various exercises with her to help her mind and body. We were only there a short time, but I felt at peace knowing how much they cared for my 98 1/2 year old grandmother.

While we had to cycle through a…read morefew caregivers until they found a regular one for my mom, we had the chance of Julia being my moms caregiver for up to 2 weeks. Julia provided excellent caregiving services for my mother; taking her to the ice cream shop, and to a local man made lake to feed the ducks, she was always engaging with my mom. We then got our regular caregiver, who I thought was a pretty good math for my mom, she truly engaged with her and my mom liked her. Over the course of her week working with my mother, she divulged information that we did not need to her (her boyfriend was in jail). One day she came in, and about mid-shift, she said she needed to take a phone call and went into the bathroom for like 15 minutes talking on the phone and "cleaning" our bathroom. She came out and I asked if everything was ok, she said yes. About 1/2 hour later, sitting on my couch, her phone rang, and she asked if she could take the all, I said of course. She went out into my garage, and proceeded to yell at the top of her lungs in my garage. I went out to the garage, and asked her to tone it down, and that if she needed to leave, then she should do so, which she did. I was a little nervous with her coming in on her next day of work, but she came in, I just so happened to be upstairs showering my mother from a bathroom accident. My husband texted me and told me, the caregiver told him that she had lost her sense of taste and smell. I asked her to come upstairs and told her that she was going to have to call her company and that they will most likely ask her to go home. She called her company while on speaker phone and I heard Julia chastise her and ask her questions, instead of telling her to leave immediately. Julia wanted me to make the decision to send her home, and I told her it was her companies integrity on the line and that she needed to make the call, that I too felt she needed to leave. LONG STORY short, the caregiver tested positive for COVED-19, and we were forced on a mandatory quarantine for 14 days. This Christmas is most likely my moms last and I tried to make it as special as possible for her (she loves Christmas), and now it was all jacked up, and her other son could not come down on Christmas as planned. All 3 of us in the house went and got tested and thankfully came out negative. The hardest part of all of this is that Julie ghosted us. She was not responding to texts or calls, and then she felt like she couldn't answer questions I was asking and had to bring in other "managers" on her staff. We eventually scheduled a zoom meeting to discuss moving forward. With some troubleshooting, we finally met, but EVERY TIME I went to talk, I was interrupted, first by the scheduler Toni, then by the "risk manager" Karin. I ended up ending the Zoom since they would not hear me out or listen to me, and kept making excuses. I would be VERY wary of hiring this company to provide any caregiving services to your loved ones. Their employees to not wear their masks properly (above the nose) and that included the companies owner Julia!! The employees do not know the companies policies (mask wearing, not showing up to work when you have cold/flu symptoms), Julia kept telling me that all of their employees know their policies. Apparently not, otherwise I would not have to write this review. Hell, the company never even offered to get us groceries or send a gift card to get groceries. Never even checked on us to see how we were doing. Instead I received ZERO communication (I even had to call to find out wat the test results were from the caregiver)... again GHOSTED. This is a BAD company that provided mediocre care for my mother at $31.00/hr. I expected more! Don't expect much from this company.

Prior to moving to Oasis Bay Care, our loved one was living out of state in a large facility where she was not well cared for. When she returned to California, she was understandably aggressive at times, disoriented, and frequently attempted to leave. Lauren and Megan met her exactly where she was--with patience, grace, and unwavering professionalism. They kept our family informed every single time an incident occurred, maintained detailed medical logs to share with nurses and physicians, and welcomed us to visit at any time, without hesitation or inconvenience. The care itself was truly top tier. The meals were thoughtfully prepared, nutritious, and so appealing that I often wanted to sit and eat alongside her. When she could no longer feed herself, they were there--calmly, attentively, and respectfully. When solid foods were no longer an option, they immediately adapted by blending meals to ensure she continued receiving proper nutrition. Her room was always clean and orderly, and the home itself was immaculate and welcoming. Every visit was met with the comforting scent of a well-kept, peaceful space. The home is spacious and beautiful, with a lovely backyard and seating area that encourages fresh air and calm reflection. Lauren and Megan went far beyond basic care. When she was still able, they took her on small day trips and drives--something she absolutely loved. She delighted in looking at street signs, roads, and trees. They took her out for ice cream, to the Brentwood Senior Center, and engaged her in meaningful activities both inside and outside the home. These moments mattered. They brought her joy, dignity, and a sense of normalcy. Oasis Bay Care lovingly cared for our family member from September 1 through January 2, 2026, when she ultimately passed. I firmly believe the exceptional care she received there prolonged her life and allowed her not just to survive--but to thrive longer than she otherwise would have. She passed peacefully, with old-school Motown playing softly in the background--exactly the way she would have wanted. Had she been placed in a locked facility, the experience would have caused trauma, fear, and an earlier passing. Instead, she was surrounded by warmth, respect, and what I can only describe as Extreme Human Care. I cannot thank Lauren and Megan enough for the love they poured into our loved one. I recommend Oasis Bay Care with my whole heart and deepest gratitude.
