The pedicure went fine, but the manicure was a nightmare. The nail tech did not apply any oil before cuticle care and aggressively pushed and cut my cuticles while dry--to the point where I was bleeding. I told her it hurt, but she continued. Then, when it was time for polish, I confirmed again that I was getting a Gel extension manicure. Instead of applying extensions, she painted my nails with gel. When I asked what was going on, I was then told they didn't offer Gel extensions and that I would have to remove what they had just applied and switch to Dip extensions instead. Had they told me this upfront, I would have chosen differently, but at that point, I just wanted to salvage the experience. Unfortunately, the rest of the Dip manicure was just as rough and painful as the cuticle care. What was supposed to be a relaxing self-care day with my mom turned into such a stressful experience that I started crying in the salon. To make matters worse, when I went to pay, they tried to charge me $103--despite the fact that my hands were visibly cut and I was pressured into a service I never asked for. When I complained, they told me I "should have spoken up earlier" and only gave me a 10% discount. What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of accountability from the salon. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes--like failing to inform me about the lack of Gel extensions, causing visible injuries to my cuticles, and pressuring me into a different service--they blamed me for not speaking up sooner. But how could I have known they didn't offer the service I booked until they were already halfway through my manicure? A good salon should prioritize customer comfort, transparency, and proper technique--none of which I experienced here. I left feeling physically hurt, emotionally drained, and completely disrespected as a paying customer. If you're looking for a relaxing and professional nail experience, this is not the place. Save yourself the stress (and the cuts) and go somewhere that actually cares about its clients.

I had a very difficult time communicating with my nail tech, and I'm usually alright with the language barrier. We got the nail color sorted and I decided to go with a dip...thanks when things went downhill. The tech cut me multiple times. I assure, I know that accidents can happen...but she knicked my cuticle with the electric filer, and cut me UNDER my nails with the file. Each time she clearly said sorry. My nails are not the same length, they are bulky and sit on my fingertips. When she was finished my pinky finger dripped blood on her station...she indicated to go wash my hands. I am non confrontational and simply paid and left. I didn't want an offer to "fix" my nails, my fingers already HURT! I will not return and I suggest you don't either.

I had to go somewhere, but the owner saw that I didn't like my nails and told me to come back in. She fixed them for free and she did a fantastic job. I have a really wide nail bed, so I have to get longer length and she talked me through that and assured I was very happy with what I got. It's a very family oriented establishment and they care about their customers as individuals rather than only being interested in the money that they make. Will definitely be coming back! I truly do not like anything besides using my real nails since I can not get used to long nails and the damage it causes my nails to get longer nails takes months to recover from it, that's just me. The color polish chips easily and fast with daily house chores and at work constantly typing, they don't last. This time she did gel clear polish, my nails look pretty and natural with a shine to them. I can never keep my nails long enough either but Ana was able to get my nail shape beautifully, clean up my cuticle, and the massage was heavenly! For my pedicure, Tina was amazing! She took her time, removed calluses and shaped my toe nails beautifully. I do not like long toe nails, the shorter the better. She filed them down and cleaned my toe nails cuticles beautifully. Her massage, she really has amazing hands. My lower legs were definitely taken care of. My son and husband joined me for Valentine's Day, they enjoyed their pedicures! When I arrived, we reviewed verbally again what I wanted. I was showed the price list for $39, and went ahead and added the $5 fee for cuticle care. Vivian was my nail tech and it seemed okay until she began adding my acrylic tips. She barely used any glue. I saw issues from the start with tips adhering properly. Now that my nails are finished, I can see the space between my acrylic and nail bed - open for bacteria growth and a weak bond to my nail. She finishes gluing all the tips, and then pulls out and structures the first nail with a 100% all white powder. She shows me the finished nail, as if it should make me happy, and then it all went downhill from there. I was told no, they can't do a "pink" middle with white tips because it'll cover the white of the tips and look bad. What???? This is the service I called ahead for, was reassured about, and intended to get. She has to scrape off that completed nail at this point, pulls out the "white and pink" powder, and this time is is legitimately 99% white. I BARELY see a TINT of pink in there at all. Same thing - she applies, shows me, there's zero pink in it. She lets it dry too long because she was visibly frustrated with me at this point and crossed her arms while spewing out verbiage in her own language to the other nail techs. Mortifying. She has to drill that one off. They pull out a dark pink powder this time...looks promising. She slaps it on to show me and it's a hot mess. I make her remove it. Trust me, this place was awful. Do not promise or show me a service that you are actually NOT providing. I settled, y'all. For the "pink and white" 99% white powder. She does the job, I say nothing, and pay and leave. She adds a sloppy mess of some pink shellac to try and appease me, but guys - My nails are horrible. Each nail is 2 mm thick on one end and 0.5 mm thick on the other. completely uneven, way too thick, NOT pink at all, separating from my natural nail, and the acrylic tips are not fully covered by the powder sealant. Since it is Christmas season, I asked for the ring finger to be white with some type of green Christmas theme. A tree was suggested. It looked pretty good on one hand but the other hand was somewhat of a mess. I ended up filing the "trees" off and put a silver glitter polish on those nails myself. I think I will be going elsewhere next time.
