TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Went in Friday for a tooth extraction, they pulled the tooth and gave me a bone graft and stitched it close. 900$ with the discount membership. They were supposed to provide antibiotics and pain killers. They failed to do so and we went without the required medicine for the weekend. Monday morning, the foam gel they placed on top of the graft has started to lift and broke the stitches. I was in the office that morning at opening and was seen at 3pm. The dentist said the stitches had failed due the infection weaking the tissue. He pushed my plug back in without painkillers and only after numbed me for the stitches. I informed the dentist Jose Martorell that we hadn't got any painkillers or antibiotics. He then informed me that the government board that allows them to prescribe is down. So again we had work done with no antibiotics or painkillers. Keep in mind it's now been over 72hrs with this office failing to provide the needed medication. Every time I called I was met with an attitude from the tall black haired lady who runs the phone. I believe her name is Naomi. She had just as bad of an attitude every time I interacted with her. She was the one who I spoke to on Friday about prescriptions and she made faces to her coworker and was down right rude. Monday morning again she is the one I see. First customer interaction of the week btw and she had an attitude. I asked about the status of our prescriptions and was told she wouldn't do it now. I called again Monday post restitch and am told the board is still down and they have no way to get her prescription out since they aren't a medical office. It's now Tuesday and her clot has dislodged, we called were told they still can't get her medicine in and they can't see us today. I had to physically go to the office, and complain until another lady went onto a computer and within 10 minutes Walgreens had our prescription. This is gross negligence from the administration running this office. I will be notifying the dental board and calling corporate. Don't waste your time and save your self pain by going literally anywhere else. read more

The dentist and staff were very nice and checked out my concerns. My teeth were perfect (yay!), just needed a cleaning. Everything was great until I went back to the front to schedule a cleaning (because they only staff a hygienist Tues & Wed, which I didnt know and is unrealistic for patients who work and commute). The office gal printed me a quote of $460 for a cleaning that required 2 separate visits! She claimed the hygienist only does a fancy laser/antibiotic treatment and will not do a normal cleaning that my insurance covers. I was shocked and left. Complete waste of time if you are looking for a new, regular dentist. read more

I came here because I was having wisdom tooth pains, and I haven't been to the dentist in seven years because I hate the dentist!! they found and filled my cavities and were able to fit me in last minute, they also did a deep cleaning which was painless. everyone was super nice and welcoming and they gave me a bunch of goodies I felt like a kid lol. Told me one price for simple cleaning and more than doubled it once they got me in office. My wife went in with me as well for deep cleaning which was quoted at 189 with there 79 dollar insurance plan and when she got in there she was told that was only for 1/4 of her mouth soit would be 4 x that amount. read more

I am writing today as I was as I was taken advantage of, because of my age by Bright Now! Dental in Lake Elsinore, CA. I had dental work done last year that was completed in Sep 2020. Before anything was done, I gave Bright Now! Dental in Lake Elsinore all my Insurance Information so they could check out what was covered and all the terms necessary to complete any work needed. They called me back about 1 week later advising me what could be performed during that calendar year 2020. It was decided to do 2 deep cleanings, 1 crown and extract 1 tooth. All the planned work was completed and I paid my portion bringing the total I owed to zero. Now all of sudden, over 6 months later I am receiving a bill for $ 161.00. They tell me it is because I did not wait 7 days between cleanings and my insurance is not covering that. I totally disagree with the additional monies owed because Bright Now! Dental in Lake Elsinore, who is supposed to be the expert in these matters did not follow the guidelines and rushed to complete the cleanings in 2 days instead of spreading them out. They are trying to take advantage of me because of my age by bullying me and when I said I would complain, they said that is my right. I had other work planned for this year and so did my wife and other family members but now with this incident, we can not trust them anymore and will go to another dentist who does not take advantage of their customers. This ia a brand new facility. It is extremely clean and the customer service is TOP NOTCH. I received a next day weekend appointment over the phone. Upon check in I was offered a water and tour of the facility. All of the equipment was high tech. The dentist has great bedside manners, was teally friendly, explains things in a way that is easy to understand, does not upsell, and was gentle during my procedures and exam. I experienced no pain. The Office Manager/Coordinator (not sure if his title) was extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. The receptionist was wonderful as well-very welcoming. When I left I even received a bag of dental health products. I booked my follow up before I left. Found my new Dental office! Highly recommend. read more

From the second I walked in, nothing but welcoming. The office manager treated everyone with patience and grace (even with the extra COVID-19 guidelines). He knew his customers by name and even gave encouraging words to the little ones in the family upon entering and exiting. Once I was in the dentist chair, from beginning to end, each person was kind, polite and professional (x-ray technician, hygienist, and dentist). Even when the dentist had bad news, he didn't make feel embarrassed. Rather, he reassured me he was going to take his time and make sure I would be happy with his dental work. I have a couple more visits to go but I am feeling optimistic. We all hate the dentist and I am the first to admit it. This review is only referring to the Lake Elsinore location. My husband and I had scheduled an appointment on 10/8/20; received a call the day of and stated "Doctor had an emergency." Called and rescheduled for 10/13/20 - 9:00 a.m. - received a telephone call at 8:28 a.m. 10/13 and stated "Doctor had an emergency." Maybe once but not twice....I left a message on their voicemail stating "I hope this isn't a reflection as to how they run their practice." Excellent place to visit. I'm not a fan of the dentist but this place made me feel better. I had a cracked tooth which was infected and these guys help out so much. The pain was horrible for about 5 months (like I said, scared of the dentist so I don't go). I was checked in by the most helpful front office staff I've encountered, had my X-rays done in a matter of about 2 minutes, and seated in the chair ready for drilling and filling . Staff were unbelievably helpful and very courteous. The dentist had me pain free in about 1 hour. I'm actually looking forward to having my root canal next week as I feel I'm in good hands.
