These places should be ashamed of themselves and put out of business. Went in for my first visit, only once I get there they tell me they can't do cleaning that day because I didn't explicitly request a cleaning. I guess they thought it would be fun to just come in and chat? Didn't see me until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment, then they took me into some strange secondary antechamber to 'talk about your teeth', then I go and sit in a dentist chair for 15 minutes by myself. Finally, they come and try to take my blood pressure and spit in a cup to measure bacteria. Then I sit for another 15 minutes, then them come and do every imaginable xray, then I sit for another 15 minutes and they come back with a $3,000 treatment plan for my next visit! It amounts to excessive charges for 'deep cleaning' an oral mouth rinse and laser beams. Hour and a half later and I leave without any actual work done. My teeth are in phenomenal shape, I had been going to the dentist 2x a year for life and taking good care. Nothing at all wrong with them, period. Went to another dentist and he laughed at the ridiculousness recommended by these grade A rip offs. Watch below for their lame boiler plate 'customer service' comment which is nothing more than lip service for a place that is interested in doing nothing but taking your money. Every single employee here should be embarrassed to be part of this scheme, I hope you all re-consider your life choices. If ripping people off trying to take care of their teeth is the only way you can earn a living you might as well resort to common theft. Shame on you all, we can do better to each other than this.

I'm a substitute and was filling in for someone today, so I had to be at work by 10:15. I called the office and spoke with Anthony, who was so helpful. They were able to squeeze me in, although they weren't sure how long it would take. I hurried down there, and Dr. Vu was able to fix my crown quickly and without any issues, and I still made it to work! This is actually the SECOND time this office has saved me in an emergency, and I'm so thankful I found them. Everyone in the office is always so friendly, kind, and willing to help whenever possible. My entire family comes here for our dental and orthodontic care, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you, Dr. Vu, Anthony, and the entire staff for always taking such great care of us! Booked based on a $59 new-patient special, after being told over the phone that a deep cleaning (if needed) would run $1,300. I went to the dentist last year, so I didn't think I would be needing a deep cleaning and went ahead with appointment. During the exam, the hygienist was very heavy-handed, enough to really hurt, then immediately pushed a deep cleaning. When I said I couldn't afford it, she put her hands up and said "I don't talk money, I'm just telling you what I recommend"-- then told me another hygienist who "doesn't talk about money either" would be coming in. That hygienist never actually showed up; I suspect they could tell I was upset and backed off. The dentist confirmed I had zero cavities. I explained to him that I don't want to waste their time, or my time, and if they're going to sell me a deep cleaning, I simply cannot afford it. He said, let me see what our sales person can do The salesperson then appeared with a quote: $3,400 cash -- more than double what I'd been told on the phone -- or $1,450 if I purchased their recommended insurance plan. I told him no, I can't afford it, getting more noticeably upset He disappeared for 5-10 minutes and came back with the exact same total, just broken into different line items. By the time I walked out, I had told three different people four times I couldn't afford it, and there were no offers of other options that might be within my price range. Called my old dentist and got a quote of $600-$800 cash for a deep cleaning, but was advised they aren't sure I'm going to need it. They are farther but worth a drive to save over $1000. So, I would skip this place unless you enjoy sales pitches with your dental work.

I completely trusted her opinion and felt confident that I was in the best hands. She was able to complete my crown the very same day, which was such a relief after putting it off for so long. Two of my filling's got dark spots on them within the first year and to redo them I have to come when "I'll be fixing my other teeth". Once I went into office with one treatment plan doctor (Asian looking younger one) during the treatment changed the plan and fixed the tooth that wasn't even in a chart and told me about it only after he was done! And made me sign the consent as I was leaving the office. I can't describe how violated I felt for a while. Doctor Papworth apologized for his colleague but it didn't make me feel better. I gave them a chance and came for cleaning, asked for insurance pre- approval for next treatment (because somehow my pretty good ppo insurance almost never covers it as promised). Waited. Never heard from them. Called. They made it sound like they've never heard about it although they offered. Requested it again. It's been at least a month still haven't heard from them... also last time I went for cleaning I felt like the doctor was very pushy into what should be my next treatment although I wanted to work on other problems. Also got referred to a place that did a terrible work on my root canal. I guess it's time for me to switch an office.
