I called and they scheduled a consultation appointment for as soon as they could. They do book up quickly since they are quite busy (I think that's a good sign). They are closed on Fridays. I wasn't sure what to expect. They do have good reviews on Yelp so they were 1 of the 2 orthodontist offices that I was considering. It also helped that our dental office referred Burke and Redford. We arrived a little late and checked in electronically. All the employees at the office were so nice and friendly. With the holidays and us just returning from vacation, I didn't get a chance to complete the paperwork online. They were like no problem and just gave me the paper form to fill out. I worked on the paperwork while they took x-rays for my 6 year old. We were being referred because our dentist saw what looks like a tooth growing over an existing tooth. To give context, my kids were over being in the office even before we got there. They wanted to do something they considered more fun with their time. Keeping in mind my kids not wanting to be there. Dr. Redford was super nice and patient. He asked and listened to my concerns. He then reviewed the images with me. My son didn't hold quite still so he wanted to have him do one more image to be completely sure before giving his recommendations for next steps. I thought Dr. Redford was very knowledgeable and professional. While we discussed my concerns and reviewed my 6 year olds images. They didn't waste time and took my 10 year to get his images taken.

Dr. Pesh's time is valuable, and I was surprised that he spent the amount of time with me that he did- examining my jaws, teeth, x ray, the pictures from earlier in the consult and answering all of my follow up questions. I really appreciated his honest and detailed insights. Get this - he didn't want to know what other orthos said until AFTER his own evaluation. What a champ! You can tell he's a sharp guy who is level-headed and wants the best for the patient. His staff exceeded my expectations for professionalism, cleanliness and kindness. There was a nice blonde lady who performed the first part of the consult and she was so kind, clean and professional. There was also the dark haired lady who I believe was the treatment coordinator and she was very kind and professional as well. None of them, including Dr Pesh, were pushy at all. In the end, we both chose not to pursue the treatment, because for me, cutting bone / surgery wasn't on my wishlist - and he agreed. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE…read more Went in Friday for a tooth extraction, they pulled the tooth and gave me a bone graft and stitched it close. 900$ with the discount membership. They were supposed to provide antibiotics and pain killers. They failed to do so and we went without the required medicine for the weekend. Monday morning, the foam gel they placed on top of the graft has started to lift and broke the stitches. I was in the office that morning at opening and was seen at 3pm. The dentist said the stitches had failed due the infection weaking the tissue. He pushed my plug back in without painkillers and only after numbed me for the stitches. I informed the dentist Jose Martorell that we hadn't got any painkillers or antibiotics. He then informed me that the government board that allows them to prescribe is down. So again we had work done with no antibiotics or painkillers. Keep in mind it's now been over 72hrs with this office failing to provide the needed medication. Every time I called I was met with an attitude from the tall black haired lady who runs the phone. I believe her name is Naomi. She had just as bad of an attitude every time I interacted with her. She was the one who I spoke to on Friday about prescriptions and she made faces to her coworker and was down right rude. Monday morning again she is the one I see. First customer interaction of the week btw and she had an attitude. I asked about the status of our prescriptions and was told she wouldn't do it now. I called again Monday post restitch and am told the board is still down and they have no way to get her prescription out since they aren't a medical office. It's now Tuesday and her clot has dislodged, we called were told they still can't get her medicine in and they can't see us today. I had to physically go to the office, and complain until another lady went onto a computer and within 10 minutes Walgreens had our prescription. This is gross negligence from the administration running this office. I will be notifying the dental board and calling corporate. Don't waste your time and save your self pain by going literally anywhere else.

During my recent visit, I was undergoing a root canal, which is already a major and sensitive procedure. Unfortunately, I felt uncomfortable with several aspects of my care. Heavy dental tools were repeatedly placed onto my chest in a way that felt careless rather than gentle. I understand tools may rest on a patient's chest during treatment, but they should be placed with awareness and consideration, especially during extensive work. There were also side conversations about another patient or coworker during my procedure, which felt unprofessional. The room was quite loud with both TV and music playing, and I had to request the TV be turned off. Additionally, during X-rays, there seemed to be some miscommunication. I believed I was being given instructions and responded accordingly, but the dentist appeared irritated and made audible sounds of frustration. This added to my discomfort, especially while I was already trying to remain still and cooperative during a lengthy procedure.
