Besides being rude and they were downright aggressive. But they always have been. I have never found them to be sensitive to the needs of my pet and certainly not respectful of my time or my concerns about her welfare. It is very clear that their priorities focus on charging as much as they can, and in the process pride themselves on their rudeness.

When I'm cleaning up after my in-laws completely blind and incontinent dog, I start wonder if they're keeping them alive a little TOO long. They take a couple hour break mid-day from 2-4, but they also stay open till 8pm M-Th, and are open on Saturdays, too. So overall their hours are great, as long as your vet emergency doesn't happen during that break time! They have separate areas for cats and dogs to wait and their exit and entrance doors are separated as well. This means that altercations between animals are unlikely. In fact, I've never seen one. We briefly tried another vet that was closer to home, but they seemed more interested in selling us extra procedures instead of helping our cats. Not so at Lawrenceburg!

She blamed me for not discussing a prescription my dog has been taking for years, despite the fact that the new doctor never asked about it at our last appointment. She was extremely disrespectful toward me, and even hung up on my mother during an earlier conversation. I understand offices get busy, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating clients this way. We should be able to advocate for our pets without being blamed, talked down to, or hung up on. From the woman that answered the phone and was running the front desk, to the vet techs and Doctor they were all so reassuring, kind and helped us find the safest and cost effective option. The staff really put our minds at ease and treated our Lola girl like their own. I can't recommend them enough, I hope we never have to go back for emergency services but if we ever did, I know they would take great care of us. We highly recommend using them if you need immediate care. Our sweet dog recovered very quickly and is doing great! (They even recovered the air pod and gave us advice on how to salvage it)

Recommended we go to a vet hospital/urgent care. This has happened more than once until we finally decided to change practices. Our new dr - Dearborn County Animal Clinic is further from our residence but has been well worth it.
