Out-of-network for VSP and was led to believe the shop was in-network during the purchasing process. These were my first pairs of glasses so I feel like I was taken advantage of. If I had known that having to fill out a reimbursement form meant he was out-of-network, I wouldn't have bought the glasses from here. I was somewhat happy with the glasses I received despite a bent arm on new expensive Prada glasses but during the initial visit the owner kept insisting VSP would cover the glasses which was only half-true and very shady. He never mentioned that he was "out-of-network" which would have likely lost him the sale. VSP will cover cover only 10% of the in-network coverage on frames and lenses bought here. If you have VSP, do not come here. I was expecting hundreds of dollars from VSP and only got $66 for 850 dollars in glasses and frames... read more

I brought in a pair of sunglasses that didn't fit me quite right for consultation, and he was very helpful with advice and even gave me a pair of silicone ear adjusters and a cleaning cloth for free. I will likely bring the sunglasses back to get nose pads attached to them, per his recommendation. Highly recommend, great service, very friendly and informative. I came in looking to get a super cheap pair of sunglasses fixed since they are my favorite and the only sunglasses I've found that fit my face. The side completely snapped off and I brought them in to see if he could fix them. He was very kind and honest. Instead of accepting my business he gave me some great advice and told me that I was better off finding something similar in store or online elsewhere that matches the style. He told me he could fix them but since they were completely broken and very cheaply made (which they were) he recommended my money go into a new pair since the fixed pair wouldn't last as long as I hoped. He gave some places to look for them and sure enough I found them!! I couldn't be happier with his service and how honest he was! At first, I was skeptical due to the eye exam procedure. It was different than any I had done prior. It wasn't painful or anything like that. It was all very high-tech and made me feel out of touch with technology. Raymond was kind, professional, knowledgeable, funny, and made me feel at ease with everything. Both times I was helped by Raymond and it was an easy and pleasant experience! He does the best he can to find frames that will suit your taste and complement your face.
