Purchased a pre owned jeep...had it 7 months, put only 4,000miles on it. Had to take it in for service 4 times for repairs, multiple times for the same issue. Ended up trading it back in only to find that they put it right back up for sale. Very disappointing, especially after I was told that this particular vehicle would not be sold on their lot again after it was traded in, coming from their sales manager who apparently has some sort of ownership stake in the company. It's sad that they put a known piece of shit back up for sale, way to show honesty and integrity. The new vehicle that I purchased is in need of a couple of warranty repairs, sure as hell, I will not return to Brighton Ford for that work. In one of my numerous trips to their service department I witnessed a conversation between one of their service advisors, a guy named David Gallegos, and a customer...the conversation ended, David walked away from the customer and referred to that person using profanity. Way to show your true colors, in front of another customer no less. Another note on their service department...when you tell one of your customers that you will call them back, you should actually call them back!! People rely on having a car to drive and shouldn't be left wondering what the status of the repair is. Big thumbs up to salesman Ryan Long and Tim McKay, it's a shame that the two of you work for such a shit hole, funny thing is when I brought up the issues I had with my experiences there, Tim agreed with me. I have purchased a few cars in my life. I have been to different dealerships and worked with many different people. I can say without a doubt, that Brighton Ford has earned my business for life. Their dealership is great! Very friendly... Very courteous... Willing to negotiate fairly... Willing to work with you and listen... Aurelio (Leo) Sierra was the first person I worked with and he was great! I actually did a bone headed thing and left something in a vehicle I test drove and was able to, luckily, get in touch with Leo just before the dealership closed and he was able to grab the item I had left in the truck...WOW! And...He asked me were I was and told me he would bring it to me...! That's what I call..."first class customer service!" When we negotiated for the truck...One of owners, Josh Mead, took time out of his busy day to talk with us and help get the deal finalized...yes, the OWNER! Then, Rudy Don, the finance director, was so helpful in explaining that process and suggesting a warranty that worked for me. Thank you so much to Mike Cochran, service manager and Adam Brown, Quick Lane Advisor! And the tech that got the job done! I showed up at the Quick Lane for my usual service, oil change and tire rotation, since I was getting ready to leave in 3 days for a 2000 mile road trip for the Christmas holiday. I went around the corner to shop for a few things and when I returned they informed me that my PTU(power transfer unit) for my AWD system was leaking and needed replaced. I was barely past the power train warranty and told them I had noticed some small stains on my driveway since the last time I got my car back from them, I just thought it was the oil filter leaking a little and would have them check it when I came back. Adam informed me that this needed replaced and was around $1200. I told him I was leaving town in 3 days and he went to work. He went to bat for me with his service manager since I was just past the warranty and Mike agreed that they would fix it at no charge. Not only did they agree to fix it but they fit me in and the tech was able to get it done on Friday before I was leaving the next morning. What a blessing just before Christmas and a long road trip! It's all about the people you work with and their desire to work with you, to try to make the experience as painless and even fun, as possible. I highly recommend Maynard Morrison and Marc Winter. Both worked hard to make sure what we ended up with was what we needed. (We had one sales rep hear our request to lower the price a tad due to what we were getting as a settlement, and he simply said no, we can't do that. This was in the evening. The next morning, the price was lower to exactly what we requested.) We then visited with Maynard and he was one of the best sales reps we had ever worked with. He listened, and he went above and beyond to make sure the experience was what we were looking for and needed. I'm not saying he can and will meet every request, however he will certainly do his very best to get there. I'm sure all the other sales reps are that good at Brighton Ford with the one exception, however Maynard truly stood out. I'm writing to express my deep frustration with the ongoing issues I've experienced at your dealership over the past five years. Despite being a loyal customer, the service quality has consistently fallen short of expectations and basic standards. Some of the specific issues I've encountered include: A speaker repair that was done on the wrong speaker. A tire leak that wasn't identified until my second visit. Two rims on my Shelby GT350 being scratched during a tire replacement. Repeatedly finding dirty oil leaking from the top of the lower windscreen after oil changes. Unprofessional behavior from service writers, who often speak in a condescending tone and repeat the same information without addressing concerns. Failure of the service manager, Dustin, to return calls or provide meaningful support when problems arise. I reached out directly to Dustin regarding the rim damage and received no follow-up. This level of service and communication is unacceptable and far below what I would expect from a Ford dealership. read more

Brighton Ford has made my car shopping experience smooth, pleasant and exciting! I issued my first car loan purchase through them and was the first time I used a dealership when shopping. My SUV is my 3rd car and over a year and a half later I am still pleased with all the service and quality customer service. All of my oil changes, and mechanical needs have been taken care of in the shop in a timely matter. I call ahead and schedule a time to come in and walk out at the time they told me my car would be taken care of. All the members are very respectful in informing me about the work being done on my car and in answering any of my questions. I had a great experience with Brighton Ford regarding some repairs on my Ford Expedition. I was able to get a quick appointment to repair the vehicle. At the dealership where I originally bought my car, I had to take one appointment for the evaluation and one appointment for the repair. This time, I decided to go to Brighton Ford because I live in a city nearby. Brighton Ford repair shop employees were kind, respectful and very professional. They gave me an estimate regarding the cost and the time it will take them to fix my vehicle. They contacted me with updates and when I could pick up my vehicle. They were able to find and fix a problem with an air bag that the other dealership was not able to locate. At first, I was reluctant to use this dealership after reading the other reviews on this website but I'm glad I gave it a try. It was so far my best experience with a dealership. What a delight it was to work with Maynard! This is the second car we have purchased from him - we wouldn't have gone back and asked for him personally, if we didn't know we would receive the best service, with honesty and integrity - not to mention a great sense of humor, great product knowledge, and lots of patience. Given the number of poor ratings this dealership has it becomes clear that they have a very long way to go to get to a 5-star rating that they appear to want. My experience is neither bad nor good. I am a returning customer and purchased a truck that needed some minor body work. When going through the vehicle I had noticed that there was a large bottle of factory paint for this vehicle. When the salesman got in he looked around and found the same bottle and quickly snatched it out without any comment as if I would not notice. I would have appreciated an upfront discussion about this issue. However I purchased the truck at a decent price knowing that it will need minor body work. The truck drives great and all-in-all it was an OK deal. They always appear to have a great selection of trucks. read more

We had a great experience. We saw a truck we wanted but someone else was working on buying it. They called the next day to say it was not sold and put it out for us to come see. We loved the truck, the sales people went out of their way to help us from the very beginning. Finance was a great help. We got in and out in a couple of hours between looking, test driving and meeting with finance. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and our truck passed emissions without any issue. We have been to multiple dealerships and felt really discouraged by the "vulture" mentality as soon as we came in. Here we felt like we were not pushed and lied to in order to sell a car. Great service! Had my 2001 F350 checked out on a Friday before my vacation. They found my front u-bolts were in need of replacement (explained the metallic clicking sounds I heard up front when turning or hitting bumps), and were going to schedule me for the following week. When I explained we were leaving for Yellowstone in two days (on a Sunday), they went out of their way to find the correct u-bolts (after-market since the truck was lifted 2"). They ended up driving to the east side of Denver to get them and they got them installed that afternoon! He was the best car sales person I've ever dealt with, he noticed the windshield was cracked and was able to get it replaced for me. Everything I noticed about the truck he was able to address and make it right. I wanted to thank Ashot, he was hands down the best car salesman I have ever talked to. When I walked in, you could see that he actually cared and wanted to help me. I was able to get the trade value and car payment I wanted. They really go out of there way to make sure your vehicle is safe and ready for the road.
