He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. Not having furniture or carpets cleaned in a long time, I did not do a second quote and I should have. Always get TWO quotes! Lesson learned!

They were super responsive at 11pm on Sunday and we were able to schedule a time to deep clean the carpets at 2pm on Monday. Then to top it all off when the cleaning crew that I hired bailed on me last second, they were able to get me a cleaning crew to come 2 days later. Simply put, these folks are dependable, friendly, communicative, and all around pulled off some miracles in my home. Would 100% work with these folks again!
