I went there today to get my rings cleaned and inspected. I came about 1pm, as I entered, the two workers greeted me and asked if I had an appointment. This was the first time I was ever ask this question. I replied if I needed one. The gentleman said that because the holidays are coming up, it's best to have an appointment. I guess I was lucky because I was the only one in the store. As I gave my rings to the gentleman, a woman asked for my information. As i was giving her my information, I noticed that her phone was on. It seemed like she was scrolling through reels since it was a slow day. But what was most disturbing was that the reel was two rabbits humping... it could have been bad timing, but I felt extremely uncomfortable. As she finished getting my information, I sat down on the chairs while I wait for the gentleman to finish my rings. My rings were beautiful and sparkly. I'm always so happy that my husband bought my rings from Zales AND bought the protection package. I highly encourage you to spend a little bit more money for the protection package... it's 1,000% worth it!

I…read morehave to give a HUGH shoutout to James Avery and their incredible team especially the manager, Alexandria, at the San Marcos store. About a month and a half ago my daughter and her grandmother went into their store to get a couple links added to her charm bracelet. Of course they have to ship it to Kerrville to get it fixed and would mail it back to us as soon as it was done. Since her grandmother is the one that took her to do this we didn't have any of the information on when it would be returned to us. After a few attempts of getting the shipping information from her grandmother we finally got it. Once we looked up the tracking number it said it was delivered over a month ago by UPS.....WHAT?!?!?! We never received anything, and with it being so long ago we figured it would be a complete loss. Figuring that whatever address they delivered to was enjoying it. After trying to start a claim with UPS, with little hope in mind, I got to a step that made me think I better call James Avery just to make sure I didn't need anything from their end. Once I got Alexandria on the phone that was it, I didn't need to do anything else. She handled everything. They even sent Ava a new replacement bracelet and took several days and emails to make sure it was exactly like the one that was lost. And doing this all before they have anything settled with UPS. I am absolutely impressed and beyond grateful. I am a customer for life (not that I wasn't before but this just sealed the deal). If you want excellent customer service, the friendliest people and top notch jewelry, James Avery is the place to go.
