This is an amazing, rare, culinary treasure for the Green Valley area. Everything is superb - from the atmosphere, most friendly service, and absolutely exquisite food! We shared the sampler appetizer, followed by a lamb pide and shrimp casserole, both served with yummy cheese. First off...the food! Everything was amazing! We had appetizers , the special (lamb shank), baklavas and Turkish coffee. Everything was superior! Amazingly so! Second...the service. Those guys were hustling! They were quick, polite and kept us in everything we needed...bread water drinks everything. Third...the atmosphere. The patio was charming but they really could do with a real restaurant. They did well with what they have tho and made it feel like you were eating in someone's backyard. Five star food in a three star atmosphere but frankly the food was so amazing it didn't matter. Highly recommend!!!! read more

This is a very high quality restaurant. Coming from San Francisco I was extremely impressed. They have amazing fresh sea bass and trout, cooked in their wood burning oven, accompanied by lovely grilled tomatoes, potatoes and onion, and a lovely salad. Their traditional mossaka, pide and baklava, are excellent. I also had one of the best margaritas that I've ever had. The wait staff is relaxed, friendly and very competent. This relatively new arrival in Green Valley-Continental Plaza is a welcome delight. They specialize in Turkish food from the oven and grill. I'm particularly enamored with their grilled fish and my husband is a huge fan of their lahmacun and pides (something like a Turkish pizza, dough is flattened, shaped and topped with meats, veg and/ir cheese and baked in a hot oven). Appetizers are wonderful, too and you can make a meal of those if you want. Also beer and wine are available. Food is beautifully prepared and a delight to eat. My family and I ate at Brindis' on Sunday, 06/29/25. From the start, we were treated like royalty, being served by the staff and owner who made sure we were comfortable, answered any questions about the menu, checked on us throughout the meal, and kept our tea and water glasses filled. The food was absolutely delicious; between the three of us we had a lamb shank, shrimp and chicken and all three of us loved our meals. Brindis Bistro is a unique Green Valley treasure. Very good local bistro serving Turkish food. I had Sea Bass (served whole - had to deal with bones) served with vegetables and a great salad. Others in our group had lamb shish kebab. Tabbouleh and Dolmas are great choices for appetizers. Ambiance is unremarkable, but the servers were very friendly and attentive. A good choice for unusual tasty food. read more

A great dining experience with very good service. Our food was excellent. We shared a shis kebab entree which came with vegetables and it was all still sizzling on the platter. Wow! We also ordered a veggie pide from their wood fired oven and it was likewise superb. Dessert was a walnut baklava. I had an appt w/my dentist in the Continental Mall & then had lunch @Brindi's, under new ownership. It's now Turkish and I love Middle Eastern food, whether Turkish, Greek Lebanese, or Syrian. The service was prompt & polite and I enjoyed a couple of cups of hot Turkish tea, , served in a cute glass receptacle. They bake their flatbread in the wood-burning oven & it was excellent. For $14.99 I oped for the one w/spinach, cheese onions & tomatoes - yummy! Their homemade, warmed baklava with pistachios was like heaven on my palate. We visited for the first time a new restaurant in Green Valley. Excellent food and service. It is small and very underwhelming but the food is worth going. My mom loves lamb dishes and is looking forward to trying them all. She loved the lamb casserole. Excellent hummus with bread. read more

A one of a kind, unique and special place to sit, relax and enjoy, really enjoy a meal. Green Valley has so long awaited a place like this and I'm so glad I get to experience it and I might add salivating while I anticipate my next time to dine here. I have now been here twice and the second time is just as amazing and even more so than the first time. Each and every person working here is like family. You don't feel rushed at all. Very casual on the patio this evening with a beautiful setting sun and the most comfortable temperature. As I glanced around to every table filled on the patio people were in a semi-beach like attire. Everyone was kicked back in their chairs and chillin. People were smiling, happy and really enjoying themselves. I don't get to see this too much as most places want people to get in and get out, not here. Here they want you to enjoy the food and your time with friends. I also noticed that each person RAVED about the food. We had a multi course dinner event tonight and though we had no room left for desert, we were gifted a taste of their homemade Baklavah...The perfect ending to a perfect meal. I cannot say enough about how each dish was delicious. I like to take my time eating and I like to do that when the food makes me want to go really slow. Here I got to do that and it was like being at home with my most amazing Grandmother LIzzy.... where she kept feeding me until I popped.... I popped my pant button and I will honestly say I have not had this opportunity in a VERY long time. I had a most gracious experience and I extend my heartfelt gratitude to every person at Brindi's. Love the food I understand that being a small place they have limited staff so it takes a bit longer to get your meal and your order taken and the other drawback is that they don't bring your ticket to your table. You have to go up and pay for it at the counter so you don't know how much you're gonna need to pay and also the last two times I was there Their card reader wasn't working so you had to have cash and many times most people don't have cash anymore read more

This is an amazing little gem in Green Valley which otherwise suffers from mediocre food fare. Ibrahim is Turkish Kurd and knows how to make some of the tastiest Mediterranean dishes, from mezzanine platter to Turkish kebabs. And the baklava is just out of this world! So fresh!! We came here expecting a pizza/wings joint. Which they do have. However we were so tempted by the Turkish menu (which we didn't know they had when we looked up this place online) that we ended up ordering all Turkish food. And boy, was that the best decision! They staff was so helpful in guiding us to delicious picks for dinner. We got the mixed appetizer plate. A spinach and cheese flat bread. And a meat and veggie dish. Their pita bread is outstanding. So unlike what you'd get at a Greek restaurant. And that's not a bad thing, it's so fluffy and delicious. Clearly their passion is their Turkish food and it shows. One of the owners made us his favorite dish, pan kebab, with their brick oven made bread, which is about the best bread we've eaten. I had Turkish coffee, which is not for the faint of heart. We had an appetizer of flatbread with a meat spread (didn't catch the name) and my wife had their homemade lemonade. The owner brought up a heater to table to make us more comfortable, very charming. Recommend the stuffed garlic and comes with their table bread. As newbies to the area, I wasn't expecting much outside of Mex and American food. What a pleasant surprise to discover Brindi's! The staff was beyond pleasant, service excellent and, most importantly, the food was the real thing. No Sysco here, folks, but rather a similar experience to eating a meal in Turkey (of which I've had many). Tonight my wife and I tried the delicious mixed appetizer plate, a special moussaka and the grilled fish, topping it off with some superb homemade pistachio baklava. Hubby took me here for my birthday this afternoon He ordered the stuffed mushrooms & I ordered the grilled sea bass. It was the most delicious dinner I've had in a long time. The service was excellent (our waiter was Ari) and all the staff so friendly & accommodating - even sang Happy Birthday & fashioned a cute fruit desert with a candle with complimentary Turkish tea.
