For the last year Brandi's has been our favorite restaurant. Every meal was exceptional until this week. I guess there was a change of management resulting in a change of recipes...I had a lamb pide and it came as a burned boat of bread with a few small chunks of dry lamb sitting in the middle-- no cheese, no veggies, no sauce. The salad was ordinary and the baklava was literally tough, dry, and for me uneatable. Very disappointing. read more

This is a sweet spot in Green Valley and the owner and his crew are all in. Food was spot on and fabulous. All fish is wild caught, flour is highest quality with Bide so thin it's light as a feather. coffee, tea and wine was everywhere and the plates rustic and aromatic...I ordered lamb shank, it was roasted low and slow for 8 hours and melted off the bone, the marinated salad and butter rice are perfect mates. We ordered more plates and hummus served with a house bread warm and fluffy from the hard wood ONLY oven. Stuffed. going back for dessert as soon as possible! read more

My wife and I went to Brindi's 2 weeks ago. We got very disappointed that most items we wanted on the menu were not available, and it was a little like they were pushing the slow movers. The lamuchen (sp?) was flavorful, but I thought it could have used a little more time in the pizza oven, as it came out a little soggy. My wife and I stopped in for dinner while visiting the area. Food was very good and we happened to catch the 2 Guys band playing live music which was nice. The service needs improvement, a lot. There seemed to be 1 waitress trying to cover it all with a young man trying to be a waiter, but definitely not on it. We had to ask for refills on water and it was outdoor seating. We got water once. Then when it came to leave asked twice and it took about 15 minutes to get our check and a take home box. Really wished the service was as good as the food. read more

Finally!!!!! An authentic, Middle Eastern restaurant in the Green Valley/Sahuarita area! We have plenty of Mexican food, but after eating the same food for years, a variety is nice. Another excellent choice for dining out in Green Valley. Totally surprised to find Brindis Bistro recently opened here. Not common outside the bigger city culinary scene but much appreciated. Food was very good and fresh. Service was miserable considering they hire men who've never waited tables before. We ordered (finally) the cold appetizer plate and it was delicious. Three entrees came out separately, the last one took forever. I had the trout that was served with grilled vegetables and the most delicious salad. My friend ordered the garlic shrimp appetizer, but was served the shrimp casserole. It was good, but not what he ordered. I certainly hope they step up their game here, because their food is a welcome change to a town full of Mexican restaurants. read more

Upon arrival, there was a delicious fragrant smell, of food being cooked in an outdoor, mesquite wood oven. We were greeted by Engin, who pleasantly took our order. Two of us ordered the appetizer sampler, which was delicious, with yummy Turkish coffee, ending with the most delicious Pistachio Baklava! My wife and I went there last night. It's our understanding that they only have been open for about a week or so. We both had pizzas and some chardonnay. We sat outside on the cute patio. It was a beautiful night to be outside. The staff was very nice and attentive. The pizza was the perfect size for us. We had the Margarita pizza and the Arugula and Prosciutto pizza. The crust was perfectly thin. The sauce was great and the toppings were really fresh. I dig this place. Being a pizza snob, I give Brindi's 2 thumbs up; especially for just opening up! read more

Food is darn good and clearly homemade. Only negative is, at least of a couple weeks ago, they don't take reservations. The place only has a handful of tables inside, although they may have plans to expand the outdoor seating with heated spaces. read more

My friend and I just had a late lunch at Brindi's Bistro, and I have to say it was 5 stars all around. We had dolmades, shrimp with garlic butter, lamb pide, and spinach pide. We were happy with everything! And the people were extremely helpful and gracious. We were seated outside, and although we thought we might be cold, we were not at all! Very delicious! I had wonderful chicken casserole and my husband really enjoyed the lamb shank. Wonderful outside seating.

We ordered take out. The shish kebobs were nice and flavorful. The hummus and tzatziki were under seasoned.

Tasty pide and meza appetizer. Nice options and yummy drinks. Very friendly and helpful service. And a great patio to sit on.

Just discovered this place. We LOVE Mediterranean food and now you don't have to go to Tucson to find it. A lovely lunch on the outside patio (plan to sit outside if you come here. (there are only a few tables inside).
